The first package of 2 small white cable locks sent by Amazon would not unlock at 0000 or any other combinations of numbers. So I wrote to the email address, [email protected], on the cardboard at the top of the soft bag package. To my pleasant surprise, the owner of the small family business selling the locks through Amazon responded to me almost immediately. After giving him some information, including coding numbers on a sticker attached to the package, he determined that the package I received from Amazon was not new. The locks had been returned to Amazon by a prior buyer who had opened but restapled closed the package to look new and unopened. The locks inside were stuck closed, having been changed to an unknown combination other than 0000. I told the seller I was leaving on a trip in just a few days and needed the locks to secure a medicine cabinet for safety because the person housesitting while I was gone has young children. He arranged to have a second package with new locks shipped to me by expedited means at no cost to me. The locks arrived less than 2 days after I contacted him. I am totally pleased with the locks. The soft white cover material blends with and protects my cabinets. The cable is thicker than most other locks this size. The instructions to change the combination from 0000 are easy to follow. The locks work great with my custom combination. The cables secure my medicine cabinets perfectly. This sell represents the highest level of honesty and integrity and deserves being used by anyone needing the well-designed cable and other locks he sells.

Beware of the size of this lock and please measure! Good lock but doesn't fit through our refrigerator at home or the dorm closets. The round lock is much larger than some others.

Great product and works very well.

This lock is perfect for not only the refrigerator but a lot more uses. It's a sturdy quality lock and easy to lock. I bought it to lock my small round tables to my deck. Lock is white and deck railing is white so you don't even see it.

These were terrible and I couldn't get them open and I had to send them back and they were not as big as they seemed

Update: august 1st 2023, the replacements work PERFECTLY. customer service was impeccable. Definitely recommend! I bought these in hopes to use them for my sneaky toddlers. But upon opening and having to set the combination to all zeros, it did not unlock... on either lock! So I didn't even get to give it a chance. Update: I contacted the actual manufacturer and they were great. They are sending me replacements:) will update with the new product!

Easy to set up the combination these are attractive and blend well with my white decor just make sure your handles have around a 1 inch gap.

I got it right this time. I use it for my fridge. Sits and works perfect. From the above picture, my boy figured out how to use the white. This is difficult for him. Easy to use too.

Tiene muy buena calidad. Solamente midan bien las jaladeras de las puertas porque en las mías no pasó el candado, no lo pude usar.
