Good camera
I started to use this product for a few days and found it is a good one with good quality. Plus, their app is user friendly without needing to pay extra to see the video. The only flip side is the battery which requires charge more often than I thought.

Great product, will purchase more units.
Purchase this for my mother’s house when she is going on vacation. We choose Toucan because it is magnetic and it works perfectly. As you can see we’ve put it on the door, outside lights and even on the staircase (so glad it’s metal!). The magnet is actually quite strong. We had some strong wind but it stayed put. The app is easy to set up and use, and no need subscription which is a plus. I don’t want to spend more money on monthly subscription. You can set how sensitive you want the motion sensor to be. We tried with the max and low and both setting work quite well, (the app has Max, High, Med and Low setting for motion detection). We tried once for indoor and the good thing is it has a snooze function, you can snooze it up to 5 hours, which was good if you are moving around that area and don’t want your phone to be beeping all the time for motion detection… Night vision is pretty good. We put it on for about 10 days and the battery still has 89% (love the long battery life). BTW, if the Wi-Fi signal is weak, it will use more battery life. Recap: long battery life, easy to set up, and no need subscription! We love it, and will purchase more units for our house as well!

Downgrade from last model.
Edit*** I got a replacement and it's working great! i own the smaller white version of the indoor outdoor wireless security camera. Having had to purchase this model because the previous versions motion detection stopped working (after it fell). I am not impressed with this version, it feels like a downgrade.The picture quality is blurry, the previous model had excellent picture quality. I doubt I could make out fine details with this model, like someone's face.Also the wifi single is worse on this model, since I mounted the camera in the exact same location as the previous one. This model continues to loose connection entirely. It will remain offline until I press the set button, and it will loose connection within an hour or so. I had to get a range extender to increase my wifi signal range. Otherwise I would have had to mount it in a different location.

NOT REALLY GOOD FOR OUTSIDE
Very Bad. I have two door bell cameras, they don't activate until someone has already been on you porch and turned around and are leaving. This outdoor camera I want advance notice when someone has started driving down my very long driveway. If you walk past the camera it will catch you. But if you are driving, even on MAX, it's like you are not there. Tried placing the camera where a vehicle is approaching it and where a vehicle is driving by it, it will not trigger to record or any notification. I thought that it was the camera and had it replaced, still the same results. I now have the camera at the edge of my property where hopefully a vehicle has to slow down, make the turn into my driveway and it will trigger a recording and a notification that someone is coming. FOR THE PRICE AND QUALITY OF THE PRODUCT, why doesn't motion detect?????

Not working but...
I just received my camera yesterday and was super excited to get it however after opening it up and following all instructions properly it failed to charge and power on. I even left it plugged in overnight and still the red light was flashing in the morning and when I unplugged it from the charger it would not power on. I believe it's a faulty one however I'm hesitant to buy another one because I don't want the same thing to happen..I wonder has anyone else experienced this issue. Obviously I'll be returning it for a refund ASAP but I'm disappointed because I was really excited about this camera!**EDIT**Toucan has since personally reached out to me with a very nice email and they're going to send me out a replacement camera/assured me this issue won't happen again so I am very excited about getting my new camera and very impressed with their customer service! :)

Somewhat satisfied -
I bought this camera cause SOMEONE keeps hitting my car and I want to keep an eye on it.The performance has been okay at best.First, the camera is set up to record video and notify my via the app when motion is detected.Your either gonna get a second to a few seconds of video for a motion detection event and there seems to be no rhyme or reason to the length you will get. Often it chops up the video, (example.) You see someone enter the frame, the video abruptly ends - and on another video, you see them exit the video. Sometimes you don't even get the video where said person exits the frame.SOMETIMES, you see them walk the entire frame upon motion detection... but it's very inconsistent. It leaves me wondering if someone did hit my car, if I'd get any usable footage.On to my main complaint -The software -I downloaded the "latest' app. paired it with my camera and I'm stuck in a continuous state of upgrade. I constantly get notifications to upgrade the software, I go through the process - but it never upgrades to the newer version. It's not my connection - I've tested my connection many times and it's great. no problems with anything else...- Secondly, a lot of useful features don't work,. The ability to take screenshot pictures. It just doesn't work period. NEVER did.... I can't set the duration event to 90 seconds, (that's the amount of time it will record upon a motion detection "event) even though 90 seconds is an option. I select it and it automatically goes back to 60 seconds.. You are supposed to be able to delete motion detection videos. I was able to do it all along until JUST recently, I can't anymore. So now I have dozens of motion detection video "events" to scroll through upon a new notification - which is a pain in the ass. I've rebooted my phone, uninstalled and re-installed the software, but the delete video feature no longer works just like that - for no reason that I can come up with.I called support, got a prompt call back, (which was great) - BUT was told that on older Android phones, (mines a year old(roll eyes)) - the software has a known issue, (in fact the support person had the same issues with their Android phone) and that they are waiting for a patch to resolve said issues.So here I am, I just sunk seventy plus dollars on a devise, that while basically works, is buggy, key features used as a selling point in me purchasing the camera don't work, and I'm waiting on some upcoming patch to fix my problems - release date unknown...So yeah, I'm not even sure it will do what I need it to do at this pointOn a TOTALLY unrelated note. THERE HAS been an unexpected plus with this camera. Like I said I bought the camera to watch my car, but something rather unexpected happened. WILDLIFEI live in a Boston suburb and I've been HIGHLY entertained with almost nightly videos (middle of the night) of videos of foxes, racoons, birds pecking at the camera and cat fights...Who knew you could live less than a block from downtown, yet capture such a diverse amount of wildlife that comes out at night. The infrared camera works wonderfully and it's been immensely entertaining for my kids.So there's my HONEST review - I hope it helps.
