Ceramic Spoon Rest for Kitchen with Wooden Spoon, Whale Shape, 4.8W X 7.8L

I had ordered one of these a few years ago or so, and dropped it on the floor breaking it. BUMMER! But I liked it so much I replaced it with another one. Note: the first one a a minor flaw in one of the "eyes", but the replacement didn't. BONUS!

This came very well packaged in its own wee box & nestled in styrofoam. It is much larger than I had imagined, well made & I like how the tail holds up the end of the spoons. However, it is a bit greener than I thought.

I fell in love with this spoon rest when I first saw it online. I enjoy whimsical designs, and this definitely fits my aesthetic. The spoon rest is a good size and is well made. It will break if you drop it, so be careful when washing and holding. The reason I did not give the product 5 stars is because of the shape of the whale tale. If it was just a little bit wider, it would accommodate ladle handles better. Other than that, it's really cute and affordable. I would definitely give this as a gift.

It’s wide enough to put down any cooking utensils on this blue whale. It’s perfect! My coy there is not oily anymore. Easy to wash and set down. Please be advised when washing, it is quite fragile so try not to leave it in the sink with other dishes.. it can break. It makes the kitchen look updated. Hehe I love it!
