Yes come as a pair so you get two curtains each are width and length as advertised

Has anyone bought the green colour? Is it a good dark green/emerald? Are they lined and if so with white or same as curtain colour?

Are they thermal/noise reducing?

These curtains are not thermal/noise reducing, and block about half the light only. You need to double up on them to block the light properly I find, i.e. two pairs for one window.
