Four PawsCotton Web Dog Training Lead, Black, 20-Foot

This replaces a similar lead that lasted 10 years. The clip operates smoothly, the loop for the hand is a comfortable size. Would purchase again.

I have a 50 lb Pitbull and she has a lot of muscle and I have the 10' black leash that I use to walk her everyday. The leash has lasted and will last quite a bit longer except where I hold because when I get in I clip the clasp around the handle. So now it is starting to fray and I can't get it to stop. Only reason I am having to buy another one within 4 mo of the original is due to my error. Other then that this leash passes the tough girl test by me!!!

Nice long cotton leash, easier on the hands than nylon.

Nice lead that's well constructed with good materials. It's definitely for a small pet, but the brass component is a little large and heavy, weighing down the connection on the harness of an eleven-pound cat. The upside is that it's well made and doesn't stop the cat from roaming within it's 10-foot limit, but that's why four stars instead of five.It's gently used and the webbing has held up without fraying. The hand loop is comfortable without scratchy glue spots or fraying that occurred with other leads. It's never exposed to water, so consider a waterproof lead if that's your situation.

I could not find my previous order of this because it did not have "leash" in the title. Four Paws lead / leash is so much more comfortable than any other long lead I have found on Amazon. I bought A DIFFERENT BRAND that said cotton/nylon and, although probably more durable, It cut into / rope burned my hands. I train reactive dogs and don't want to have to wear gloves to walk them. This one works great while it lasts.

This is nice, as advertised, but it has a seam in the middle of it that isn't really well sewn. I worry that that part of the leash might weaken as I have a large dog. I don't think there should be a seam, it should be one piece.

This is a longer 20-ft leash with a clasp that seems sturdy. No complaints so far.

I really like this lead for walking my 6 month old Black Lab. Believe it or not, my pup likes to be on a lead! However, my husband mistakenly tied the pup out with this lead and pup chewed it apart in about five places. Since it is cotton and he loves to chew, the lead was destroyed.This is my second lead like this one and he has destroyed both. I suppose I am too organized, to have a lead for walking and a different type one for putting pup outside, and then to hope they would be used that way. Just proves, we don't live in a perfect world. Sorry if I sound upset, I really am. I really like this lead and it would have worked well for me. I had it all of one day and didn't even get to use it. If you have a dog that chews, be watchful. Otherwise, it is a great lead. It is not the lead's fault it gets chewed up!Would recommend otherwise.

Es muy resistente. Sin embargo, mi perro es pequeño (2.5 kg) y el gancho que se une al arnés o collar es gigante, muy pesado para mi perrito, aunque no le impide caminar o moverse de forma natural.

This is a cotton, not a nylon leash, so it may not last as long if continually wet. The handle is thick enough to be comfortable and the clip is solid and gold coloured so it's easy for me to tell it apart from my other black leashes. I bought this leash for trail walks when I can't have my dog off leash but wanted to give her some freedom to sniff and explore. It works perfectly for that. It's lightweight to carry. I would purchase it again.

Great product! It’s sturdy. My dog is got a lot of energy and I am definitely impressed with this leash. It feels soft and comfortable in the hand.I will likely buy it again
