Nice blinds but rubbish fittings
I am a disabled customer and brought these because my kitchen is where I relax and I don't want people looking in at night because I like to sit in there with me music and mood lighting is soothing. I paid someone to fit them and they do look nice.Within 24 hours both chains failed. The one snapped when the blind was being opened. This is not fit for purpose. The blinds are great blackout weighted blinds but the fixings are to flimsy. The other blind ( I purchased 2 3tf for the just over 6ft kitchen window) the plastic chain popped out at first attempt at opening. After 3 hours of trying and my hands being in agony because I have secondary neuropathy in my hands and feet I finally got it back in. As soon as it tried to open the blinds it popped out again.I emailed and explained and was asked for photographs so they could arrange a replacement or refund. I got the photographs and replied. I had no response so I had to request a refund. I will lose my money because I have nothing suitable to return them in and even if I did I am shielding so it's an impossibility. I don't have family that can help as they are 100miles away.

Looks very smart
This is a review for the 120cm blind in red. Looking at the metallic 'fabric' and the diamante sparkles, you would never guess that this was a blind that only cost fifteen pounds. However, if you look at the cheap, plasticky cord that you pull to raise and lower the blind, you could well believe it. The first time that we pulled on the cord the last bead pulled straight of the holder, leaving us with one long single cord instead of a loop.If you can fit the whole assembly into your window recess then you should be alright, but this blind was slightly too wide to go into ours, so we ended up fitting it over the top instead. We could have tried cutting it to size but preferred not to. This presented one or two logistical challenges.Firstly, the pieces that the ends of the blind go into stick out quite a long way from the wall, about 6cm. Our first kitchen wall unit isn't flush with the wall with the blind on, it's 6 or 7 centimetres away, but as you can see in the photo our high gloss kitchen cupboard door now rests against the end support of the blind when we open the door. Hope that it won't damage the high gloss finish on our cupboard door. The other challenge is that it won't be a blackout blind simply because it sticks out so far out from the wall. Light will shine in around the edges. Then we come to the instructions. It did have instructions, which is a positive. Having said that, they weren't great. In the list of what's included it shows part G, but what you are supposed to actually do with part G isn't mentioned in the instructions. We put it part way down the wall and fed the cord through it, but we were only guessing. So looks-wise this is a great blind for the money, but whether it will stand the test of time remains to be seen. Cautiously recommended, especially if you can fit it inside your window recess. Possibly less practical if you can't fit it in the recess and have furniture with high doors near the window.

Good roller blind
I bought two of these blinds one for the kitchen and one for the bedroom window.I fitted them on the outside of the recess and the installation was easy all you need is a domestic cordless drill and a Cross head bit for the screws. The blinds look good. The corded ends can be left or right. Check what you need first as the ends for the brackets are different, one is square the other is round. I recommend this product it works perfectly.

Blind Rubbish
What a nightmare. First the pole is steel. When cut to size it dents and mis-shapes. Also it is very sharp so watch the fingers. The brackets are flimsy. We positioned ours on the outer window. The brackets bend backwards as if resisting the pole. And yes it is cut to size correctly. Fitted roller blinds to nearly every room in the house, but this one is seriously bad. Will have to buy another. DO YOURSELF a favour and don't buy

Worked a treat
I found the fitting easy, but may be part due to much experience. (Because of past experiences I never use the screws & plugs supplied as not really suited to plasterboard.)Defo works as a blackout blind. Smooth mechanism, I’ve had some in the past that aren’tGreat buy

Great quality product.
Lovely product, looks great. Easy to put up even on a boiling hot day.Unfortunately I found a small hole in mine when I rolled it down,I contacted the company and had an offer to replace, refund or give money off within an hour. I chose to take the discounted price as it was easier that taking it back down and returning it and I’m probably the only one who will notice it anyway! My money off was credited straight away, really great customer service.

Great product with fantastic customer service
Blinds arrived wit some of the fittings missing. We bought a set of fittings to get blinds up and emailed the company. We had bought 3 sets of blinds previously. Company gave us a full refund. Blinds are good quality and I would highly recommend this company. I will certainly buy again and would highly recommend to others
