Great hat, especially for the money. This hat is well made. There are no loose threads and all of the seams are taped. All aspects of the construction show quality workmanship. The hat fits well. It fits my 73/8 noggin just right and it could easily be adjusted several sizes up or down. It seems to be proportionally correct. The hat is made of good materials. The cloth is not stiff and is substantial. The color of the Velcro matches the hat perfectly. The hat has a certain panache. It simply looks cool. It is low profile and understated. It's a lot of hat for the money. Because it's made of cotton and so well put together, you would expect to pay more for this hat. (Why do some colors cost more?) As a final testament to the hat I have just order two more in different colors. I din NOT receive any compensation for this review. It is my honest opinion and for which I got nothing in return but the satisfaction of helping other Amazon shoppers choose a good product. So if you like the looks of the hat, buy it with complete confidence.

A pretty good hat. The fit is nice and it is adjustable. The color is perfectly low key and matches just about anything -not an ugly or awkward color. It is a bit on the rough side (not an extremely soft hat, but acceptable) so it probably needs washed a few times to wear in. It is lightweight, so not extremely absorbent (but no sweat in my eyes in 90+ degree heat). The brim is a little on the small side. Not well ventilated, but lightweight so not a major issue. It looks good, but is not going to be practical for an all day activity or work in the summer sun -ok for a few hours though.

I am one of those unfortunate people that have a very bad bed hair, and because of that I've been going around searching for a good hat to cover it on casual days where I just want to go out for some quick take-out. I have gone to swapmeets, thrift shops, retail stores, and many other places searching for a simple military cap styled hat that would satisfy me. Unfortunately I wasn't able to find any until I decided to start shopping for it online. There are a lot of different styled military caps here on amazon from different sellers, but I chose this one because I preferred its simpler design and price. I wear this hat every other day, and I haven't found a single discomfort when I put it on. The hat fit snugly after I adjusted the strap in the back, and I don't have to worry about being a fashion terrorist due to the fact that the color black goes well with, well, practically everything. However it does attract a lot of hair from my dogs, which is expected because it's black. There are two tiny holes on the side of the cap that are for either ventilation or design (I'm not sure), but I'd go with design since the holes are very small. On hot days my head does get rather hot (it may be because I purchased the black one), but my eyes are constantly covered so I don't have to squint all the time. It also provides me with decent protection in the rain - I haven't seen any color changes/fading or anything of the like. Just looking at it, you cant even tell it's wet after you take it off (the water does start penetrating the fabric of the hat though, so I wouldn't recommend long sessions in the rain). And for those wondering about the rim, it's not a cardboard rim that will leave a bent mark after you bend it like with most cheap hats today. I cant tell what kind of material it is without peeling the thing open myself (which I wont be doing), but its a fairly bendy material and I feel like its quite durable and will last me a while. Overall, great hat for the price. Durable, comfortable, fashionable and simple, it's my go to hat every time I go out. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another.

I received my cap in record time (thank you prime) and was pleased at the cap. I felt the packaging was excessive, full box with bubble wrap. But okay, whatever. MATERIAL: Found the material to be comfortable, and the stitching high-qaulity. Time will tell if it holds up. I usually tend to avoid hats with hook and loop straps (velcro) but this is well sown. I would suggest getting "one size fits most" for most adults. I ordered the "one size fits all" and I find it a little snug. I loosened it up a bit and it is fine. COLOR: i ordered the OD Green and was happy it was not the cheap shiny green thats becoming popular. (Ugh) It is more of a nice, coyote brown/OD green. CONCLUSION: I like it, it definitely gives the "military look". I had multiple people say it looks like i fell out of topgun. High quality, I would definitely buy from them again.

I buy these hats all the time for my mom. She loves the adjustable velcro in the back. This style fits her head so much better than a trucker cap. The sides are higher/shorter so that they don't press on or come down over her ears like other hats.

Love this hat! I have a small head and its hard to find hats that aren't too tight or too big and adjustable. Also cute! I had Basil Cell Carcinoma , a type of cancer that covered most of the top of my head where it looks like Ive been scalped . I have to wear a hat or something loose, not too heavy if out in public or in the sun to protect my head . I have a couple hats I usually wear but they are getting worn down and I saw this one.Its hard to find hats that are fashionable, but convenient for me. They are usually too big or too heavy or just not adjustable. If they are too heavy or tight I easily get horrible headaches. I love it, its not too small like children's hats and the base still lets me show off the rest of my hair it doesn't engulf my whole head. I love the colors, blue is my favorite. Thank you for making a girl happy and feel good about herself.

Nice hat, however not as deep as I thought. It feels like it sits on top instead of on my head. Other than that it's doable

Very Good material

My hairline requires me to wear a hat in the sun, my age, however, makes the solution somewhat difficult. Panama? Too difficult in the wind, too big to stow in the rucsac. Baseball cap? Nooooooo! This hat? Yes!! It is well made. It has a sensible sized peak, it folds into my pocket and looks smart when I put it on. IT ALLOWS OLD, BALD BLOKES TO LOOK PASSABLE IN THE SUN. Got it?

Great quality! It's durable and fits perfect! I bought a similar hat but it wasn't as "square" on top. I'll be buying another color of this hat!
