Excellent dental floss, does not shred, removes plaque and food particles, helps with overall dental hygiene, helps to freshen your breath. I have tried other brands of floss and keep returning to Tom's. In my book, the best floss available. Would recommend for regular use.

Most dental floss feels like it doesn't do the job it is supposed to. It's too slick or too thin. Tom's of Maine floss is of a texture and thickness that feels great and really grabs plaque and food off the teeth. I've been using this product for many years and am glad that Amazon stocks it.

It is pretty good, but thicker than Glide, and somewhat more difficult to use in tight tooth contacts.

all other dental floss is a waste of your efforts. I used some string floss and used this tom’s ribbon after. It cleaned more and better. Worth the money. Who likes to floss? It’s boring. This one works. Can’t find locally on the shelves.

My teeth are in good condition and not crowded, but this floss is still too thick to use. It hurts my teeth and gums. I feel like I'll rip my teeth out. I ordered it because it's natural, but I can't floss if it will hurt. I compared a couple other flosses we have around the house, and they were all so much thinner. You can make a floss that doesn't fray without making it so thick that it's impossible to use.

Amazon's price for two sets of Tom's flat floss is cheaper than buying them separately retail. The fact that one can have them delivered to one's doorstep is an always nice convenience, but I think the small price differential offered by Amazon is slightly more significant. Either way, I never use another kind of floss, and never have once I discovered Tom's flat floss. If you haven't tried it yet, give it a try!

I ordered this because I was looking for a good natural alternative to teflon/plastic coated glide floss. Unfortunately this floss is not as advertised. While it is coated with natural products, it is definitely not "flat" as advertised and is so thick and sticky that it's almost impossible to get between your teeth. It's not cheap either- don't waste your money.
