This is such an adorable tag! The engraving looks really nice and the customer service is fantastic! The first thing I noticed was the cute box it arrived in and then the tag was in a cute little bag. They actually sent me two tags with a note saying they didn't like the spacing on the first one and so they redid it and I could have the freebie. I'm so excited to order more tags from them!

I would have to say hands down my favorite Amazon purchase. This was made and packaged with love and care. I love the cute packaging. The little box, cute little bag and the little note inside gives a personal touch. I feel like someone packaged with care.The name tag itself is beautiful. I almost want to order myself one as a necklace (lol) 😅. It's thick, sturdy and gorgeous. This will last FOREVER. Plus it's in Rose Gold with beautiful flowers and a cute font to boot! I just received this in the mail today, so I can t speak to the durability, but it appears to be very well-made. It’s definitely thicker, more solid, and so much nicer than the ones you get etched at a pet store. The engraved text is crisp and clear—I love that you can customize the fonts (I chose Hunter for mine). I went with the round, rose gold in medium (I have a miniature schnauzer puppy and opted for the medium since I plan on putting it on his harness vs. a collar). It’s perfect. It’s so pretty that I’m tempted to leave it as is, but I’ll probably put a coat of clear nail polish on it per the manufacturer’s recommendation (I guess the plating on the yellow gold and rose gold can wear off faster if another tag rubs against it). Bonus: came in a cute little bag in a cute little box with a nice little note. Love it!

I have used normal inexpensive tags for years. They’ve been fine, though sometimes I have needed to replace them with time because of the shallow engraving and thin metal.I got rose gold, small, round- and these tags are beautiful. They come in a small gift box and cloth baggy, with beautiful thank you cards. They present as if they are made at a smaller company that is quality controlling each item that goes out.The tag was thicker than I expected, deeply engraved, and the engraving was stained for clear legibility. It looks beautiful, and despite how thick it is, my little 4lb cat is happy sprinting around and playing with it on. 💕I have since purchased one as a gift, one for our new puppy, and two more for my partner’s cats as well. I LOVE these. They are consistently such great quality.

In most cases, these tags are absolutely wonderful. I bought a medium around August 2020 for my newly adopted puppy, and it's held up well for the past 5 months. Looks beautiful, is easy to clean, and overall is great. I ordered a new, larger one for my dog now that he's grown much bigger than we expected. I also ordered an S-Lock biner for him to keep his tags on, as the spiral rings most often used for tags are torn off by other, rough-playing dogs in our dogs' play group, and the biners are much more secure.It works great for my other dogs, and I was optimistic thinking I would no longer have to look through the grass and mud for his ring and tags....This is why I'm ultimately giving this product 3 stars. Even the large size, unfortunately, does not have a hole big *enough to fit through these S-lock biners (when all 4 of my other dogs' tags, from other sellers, do). It feels wrong to try and send this back when there's nothing wrong with it and it's customized, so I now have a spare tag that I can't use without a ring... which means it will, inevitably, come off my dog's collar and likely get lost in the mud. I MIGHT be able to file the hole down to make it larger, and will update this review if that's possible. I've included a picture of both the tag and the S-lock (the S-lock is NOT included and was purchased separately).This isn't necessarily the seller's fault, and these tags are beautiful and work great in 95% of cases. They just don't work for my dog, and I wish the hole were larger.

Beautiful and I LOVE them look wise but we bought two for both our goldens and one of our girls have a big hash on their chin because the edges are too sharp! I hadn’t realized the shape could do that when ordering. They’d gorgeous and sturdy but kinda useless if they’re putting gashes in my poor pup! Now I need to order new tags for both dogs and am out $40! 😢

I didn't want the same ole tag for my girls. I wanted something different, more personal. These tags are perfect! The company was wonderful to work with - they spelled everything correctly (my girls have very different names) and made sure my girls names fit nicely on the tag. They are beyond perfect - I am so happy with them and love how unique they are, just like my puppies. I'd give 10 stars if I could. Simply outstanding!

UPDATE: Ordered another tag for our puppy since the tag we purchased at PetsMart didn’t last more than a few months. Mini Wim tags are #1! Not only do they ship fast and put the tag in cute, giftable packaging, the tags are easy to put on, excellent quality and definitely do not look cheap. Very cute to say the least. I thought someone sent me a gift. Low and behold it was the dog tag. Came in a cute little box with bag. Tag is thicker than any dog tag I’ve ever purchased. Definitely durable and looks high-end, not like the ones purchased at pet store kiosks. It doesn’t clink against the dog’s collar making a lot of noise either. It’s excellent quality. Will be purchasing dog tags for my other 3 dogs next.
