The watchband itself seems to be an authentic Luminox product, however, there were no 'new' replacement pins included.

I wasn't going to order this band due to it's cost, but after a while and skin problems caused from the pure rubber watch band that came with my beloved Luminox watch, I decided to order it... I've had this band for a few years now and have marvelled at the fact that even as rough on everything as I am I have constantly looked very close at this Carbon Watch Band and I still do not have even a minute scratch on it and again I've been very rough on it so often accidentally... I've worked with Jewelry and metals for decades and everything scratches from use and abuse but I just stare at this thing waiting to see any tiny mark yet it doesn't... It's engineering and amazing opening and closing of it's clasp just leaves me in awe... This baby is worth every penny...

This replacement appears to be OEM quality or better. One of the two retainer loops has a raised piece that helps lock it into a notch on the band, preventing slippage of the loop. That used to be a problem for me on the original band, so it is a nice design change. Another nice touch with this band is that the channel where the pins sit in the band is reinforced with metal (not the case with the original band). The band doesn't include new pins, but I had no issues using the old ones. Replacement was easy, even without watch repair tools. I used a jeweler's style flathead screwdriver bit. Fit and finish are good, and I believe this band should be a bit more durable than the original (it broke after less than 4 years of non-daily very light usage).

Much more comfortable than pacific diver rubber band. Good price and value.
