Individual Rose Gelatins- Ladies Lunch
While many reviews commented on how small these molds are, I found them perfect for an individual serving at a ladies lunch. They work very well with just a little practice. I used canola oil spray on the inside of the mold to assist in jello removal. I placed them on a cookie tray to set up in my refrigerator so they were easier to move. The first few test jellos I removed from the molds too early and they were not properly set up. The edges of the rose did not come out cleanly and broke off. Overnight set up was best. In addition, the type of gelatin salad makes a difference. Anything with large chunks (i.e., mini marshmallows, blueberries, etc. ) will interfere with the edges of the rose and will not make a clean impression. Try to leave edges of mold with gelatin only. Finally, I was unsure how best to serve them: plated, from a large serving platter, or on individual plates. Too many plates on a dining table is an issue with a large seating. I used appetizer leaf plates (old Crate and Barrel) and they were the perfect size to show off the rose and they did not take up too much space. After an initial dubious reaction to this product, I give it 5 stars. Suggest a test batch for practice and confidence!

Cute and sturdy but stains your soap!
I bought these for soap making. The molds came in a variety of fun colors. They are thin but not flimsy, and can support a nice thick batter-specifically soap at medium trace. I made a batch of soap with these, and they released beautifully. They created a well defined bar of soap weighing just under 3 oz. My only complaint is that the molds left a color stain on my soap. I have used other colored silicone molds without any issue in the past. Luckily this batch of soap was darker in color but the stain is not consistent all the way around so it's noticeable. It really bummed me out because otherwise, they'd get 5 stars. I also use the cold process method for soaping, not melt and pour.I also attempted bath bombs with these molds, too. It's very hard to pack together because the molds are so flexible, but it can be done and the results are gorgeous with no staining. My first bomb crumbled some but the second attempt stayed together after some handling.I will try again with the soap to see if it happens again and I will update my review when I do.

Ok...not great.
Boy these are small. And for silicone, they sure do stick. My wife made mini flans in the,...the cooked egg was very tough to wash out, even after spraying the inside with PAM. Maybe they work better with cake batter.

Four Stars
Only give 4 stars because I only received 23 instead of 24.

Great Muffin Molds
These are a great design for displaying muffins. People love to see something different. And the silicon makes it so easy when baking. I set mine out on a cookie tray. You just have to handle the tray with some caution to keep them from rolling over.
