The chairs are super comfotable. The puctures do do them justice. When i first got them and had thrm put together. To swing the chair left to right was really difficult. Now that they have been used for two weeks. The swing much easier. To me that shows great quality because they had to be broke in. The functionalty is very sturdy. I can see these chairs will last a very long time... i only ordered 5 and now would like to order more... when these come bavk in stock get them!!!

Buy a pack of Allen wrenches as it did not come with one for assembly. The chair is built sturdy, it's beautiful and the fabric is soft and comfortable. The hydraulic pump does not work properly. This chair DOES Not spin freely as it should. It seems to stay locked unless you push the foot petal to the floor and hold it there which anyone in the industry knows this does not work to get a 360°view of a haircut. It should only be locked if you lock it. I also had to remove the adjustable braces under the foot rest because it won't spin across my ergonomic mat. Buyer beware! Expensive mistake choosing the wrong chair for my grand opening!

Absolutely love this chair. I am a barber and this is some of the best money I spent on this chair . It is sturdy, comfortable it looks nice and it’s easy to clean I’m thinking about buying another one assemble was not to bad. It lays all the way back for hot towel shaves my clients love that it is so comfortable.

I how how sturdy it is. It comes in two boxes and the equipment is super heavy. It is a great looking chair and I believe it will last a long time.However, It seemed at first that there wasn’t enough instruction given. Pictures could have been more clear. It was not easy to assemble, but it wasn’t rocket science either.Some of the fabricated screw holes were off centered in the seat of the chair so we could not screw it down. Could have been placed more accurately to add to the stability.Overall a great chair. The things I would change can be creatively dealt with. Not a deal breaker at all.

I have had oil pouring out from underneath the base for about 2 weeks and the chair does not raise anymore. Reached out to seller and seller advised me to contact Amazon but there are no options to do so. This item was way too expensive to break down within a year

Attaching the Seat bottom to the barber chair frame was difficult and not clearly depicted in the Instructions. But the overall assembly was straightforward as a result of smart engineering good job guys!

They sent two boxes with half the stuff , took almost two months and lots of back n forth emails to get everything , I almost didn't get the hydraulic pump, I like the actual chair .

Won’t be needing a chair for a years to come. Feels like it going to last a long time.
