I am very impressed with this helmet as I am switching from a Bilt helmet that is about $100 more expensive.Even though I always wanted to try the helmet before I buy it as every helmet is different I followed the instructions to measure my head and find out what size helmet I needed and while I wasn't expecting the helmet to fit me just right I was surprised how well this helmet fit and how comfortable it was from the price point.I was also surprised how light this helmet is compared to my Bilt one and needless to say how aerodynamic it is. I do not have to be super careful that the helmet snap my neck up in the highway when I turn my head and I I am also very sure that the little spoiler in the back creates a little down force making it very stable and his helmet is also quieter that my Bilt helmet.So... looks nice, it is light weight, comfortable, fits well if you measure your head, aerodynamic-ish, and quieter.Note. I tested it on the highway with and without the GoPro on it and it was so much easier to turn the head and the wind was not a problem at all.I am glad I bought this helmet.

I rarely do reviews but this helmet is really good for the price! I encourage all to go out and try your helmets to make sure it fits you right and snug! before you buy, even with my head measurements I still had trouble figuring my size so I highly recommend that. Other than that this helmet is lightweight, great sturdy build quality, I looked everywhere and I dont think your going to find another helmet at this price for this quality. One con might be that it’s not really anti-fog or fog resistant, it does fog up but very lightly! nothing to concerning. Love the flip up tinted visor, It has a very comfortable interior padding inside, I got the matte black color and it’s a very sleek looking helmet.

Upon receiving my helmet the box was in rough shape but after removing the helmet from the included helmet bag, everything looked to be perfect. If you measure your head as described, this helmets fit is spot on. I measured 55-56cm ordered a medium and this helmet fits snug but not tight or loose. Very happy with fit description. I would have given this helmet a 5 star had I not had issues with a couple things/I would not have given this item a 4 star if the issues I have with it were significant meaning the issues I have would not prevent me from buying another 1 Storm helmet (this will be my second helmet from this manufacturer and I was pleased with the first one. The issues I have with this particular helmet are the mouth/nose piece that comes in the helmet is not designed well. How to describe the issue....the insert where your mouth and nose are, touches your nose (I have a small nose lol)...it was immediately irritating. It is removable in which this is what I did (bad design) not a big deal because it is removable....Second issue I have is the color the shield makes with oncoming traffic windshields...it reflects the color green...again not a big deal...(wish 1 Storm would include a clear shield with this helmet). Last issue is the DOT approved label sticker. The DOT sticker looks generic. Makes you wonder if it is legitimately DOT approved. Over all I love the look, cost and fit. Thankfully I have not tested or have the desire to test this helmets strength off pavement...no plans in the near future either. I would recommend this item.

Great gift for a great price. Perfect fit

I wish i could give this product a rating of more than 5 stars! We purchased this helmet for my 15 year old son to ride his electric scooter (YUME10+). Since it reaches a fairly high rate of speed we felt it required a better & safer quality of protection other than a standard bicycle helmet. During one of his rides a careless driver ran a stop sign forcing my son to brake hard in order to avoid a direct collision with the vehicle. Upon braking he clamped hard on the front brake which propelled him over the front of the handle bars, on to the pavement & directly on to his head & left shoulder. The sound of the impact was heard from a block away by other pedestrians. An incident no parent would ever want to imagine. This helmet not only performed exceedingly well, but it saved my son's life. The impact protected his head/neck and transferred the impact to his shoulder which sadly shattered his left Clavicle but kept his brain, spine and his head from any injury whatsoever. It was incredible how well this helmet held up. Not only did it do the job it was intended to do, it barely had a scratch on it & is still completely functional to this day. It's quality as far as comfort, safety, and functionality are every bit as good as motorcycle helmets 5x-6x the price! I'll never purchase any other product for a helmet from a company other than 1Storm & their safety products. It's truly the best purchase I have EVER made on Amazon.

So I was having difficulty with the helmet moving too much. The company offered to send me a bigger inner pad. Which worked as far as fit. And was pretty awesome of them to do. But I still feel this helmet catches alot of wind and still moves too much. Comparing to my other istorm helmet which is a different style from this. Love the look, very sleek design. Just hurts my neck if I'm not tucked.

I had the HARDEST time finding a size small helmet! Finally I found this one & ordered it immediately! So glad I did I love this helmet!! It fits snug & I feel secure in it. I like the pull on the strap for taking the helmet off quickly if need be. The vents work well! I customized it with custom stickers & braids & they stick to it without issue. If you’re looking for a new helmet this is a great helmet at a good price! We all know how expensive motorcycle gear is!
