This is a great tool for giving your special needs or handwriting challenges students a guide to work with on ANY paper. It rolls smooth and creates just the right line. It does take a little practice to get the lines straight at first, but better with practice. Good quality.

I have been wanting to buy this for awhile for a student who has difficulty with letter formation and often tries to make his own lines in graphic organizers that don’t have lines. (Inevitably he spends more time making the lines than the actual work and the lines were crooked end up crooked anyway so not helpful!)I was a little wary about buying this because people complained about not being able to make straight lines. I agree the lines aren’t entirely straight but it is a fast, effective way to make lines on a student paper to guide their writing and the lines are straight enough to get the job done.I really like this tool and highly recommend it.

Best idea for a k teacher ever!

I couldn't get the lines straight in the workbooks, the lines were so thick that my student's handwriting could not be seen.

The roller is at a slight angle to the handle making it impossible to draw a straight line. I read similar reviews and thought that I could certainly make straight lines. Nope! The angle makes it impossible. In the photo I tried to add lines to a paper that already had single lines. The end result was unusable. This would be a great product if the roller was a 90 degree angle to the handle, but unfortunately it isn’t.

Nice concept, but unfortunately my Legi Liner doesn't keep a strait line at all. It has a problem with the rolling. It also bleeds through. I can not use it without being frustrated since any line I want to make with the rolling stamp is a curved line.

I LOVE these products! The only reason that there aren’t 100,000 5 star reviews for ALL the legiliners (and I have all but the music staff, the 4 lines and the number line so I know of what I speak...) is because all of the educators and OTs out there are sooo busy they don’t have time to write to let EVERYONE know just how awesome, time saving and COMPACT/PORTABLE these stamps are!!! You can literally adapt any worksheet, graphic organizer or workbook page so that it has the lines your student needs! And by the way/ if your line is curved - the error is NOT with the product - it’s with the operator.
