This stuff actually pulls out gunk
I find that this mask actually works. I have used Bioré strips before and they work kinda but I wanted something to do my whole face. As you can see before, it really does target areas that aren't well accessed (cheek closer to the nose, chin, etc). It doesn't hurt that much to pull off for me, but just be careful about your hairline or eyebrows as those could be pulled out. I would not recommend using this more than once every couple of weeks and always wash your face thoroughly and apply moisturizer. The one thing that I'm a little worried about is how much you get in the tube. I did two mask, and I feel like if I put on a thicker mask, it would probably allow for only 3-4 masks. I do it pretty thin compared to what I've seen in reviewer photos. The tea tree serum is actually pretty nice too. It doesn't feel greasy or sticky.

GREAT
Awesome little kit. The mask dries quickly and really sticks onto your skin. Pulling it off is a bit painful but soooo satisfying. Helps clean the pores. Plus the little thing of tea tree oil for after is great. But! Read the ingredients for the tea tree oil, make sure you’re ok with that going in your skin (I am).

Goodness gracious, I wasn't expecting it to hurt when it came off!
I just used it for the first time tonight, so I will come back later to update this review to reflect any lasting effects/takeaways. I have used countless peel off masks, and already have a few in my cabinet. However, I wanted to get a peel off mask that would specifically address blackheads. I have some that arise occasionally, and my existing black head products just didn't seem to be effective. Application: The applicator that it comes with is almost awesome. It is silicone, and smudges the mask liquid nearly as much as it spreads it. I ended up having to use my fingers as well. It might have been a subpar applicator in part because the mask was pretty liquid-y. Most peel off masks that I have used are thicker, but this one was more watery. However, I was able to apply it rather easily. It seems like I used 1/3 of the product though, so hopefully I'm wrong on that (and the tube lasts for more than three rounds). Waiting: The instructions say to wait 30-35 minutes. I was surprised, because most peel off masks only need 15 minutes or so. Then again, the mask was more liquid than most others, which would require longer to dry. I think I had it on for around 40-45 minutes before I didn't feel moisture anywhere when I touched a few places on my face/mask. Removal: This mask was the most painful to remove BY FAR. I posted a picture of my face right after removing the mask, which not only has red (because my face felt like it was on fire), but there is also a tear going down my cheek. I shed a few of those in the process. Removing the mask was akin to getting a was of some sort on your face. Since the mask was liquid, I am guessing it went into the pores more thoroughly than thicker masks, and would then affect your face more deeply. I had to stop a few times when removing it... I am not looking forward to another removal of this mask.. Impact of the mask: While my face was red and a bit unhappy with removing the mask, it felt so... exposed, is a decent word. It felt like it was more than just clean... it's like every layer of extra was gone, and my face was naked and vulnerable. That sounds weird, but I don't know how else to describe it. In looking in the mirror, I could see that the big pores on my nose were actually clean, which was fantastic. The only time I've had success with nose pores is using the nose strips. I have not seen a mask until now that deep cleans pores like that. My face overall felt like it was thoroughly refreshed; I mention my nose specifically because it has large pores that frequently take on oil/blackheads. When I picked up the mask and looked at it, I was amazed how how much was stuck to it! I didn't even know there was that much TO remove! Ha! Oil: I was hesitant to put the oil on my face, because typically oil will cause pimples/blackheads when allowed into open pores. However, my face felt almost raw because it was so clean, and I was concerned about dryness if I didn't add the oil (as well as the possibility of other substances entering the pores, whether oil from my hand or just whatever is in the air). Since the tea tree oil came with the mask, I decided to trust the company in its choice to provide that oil. I was surprised how quickly the oil dissipated! I would put 3-4 drops on my finger and try to spread it across my skin, but it was gone in seconds. If I had to guess, I would say I used between 24-30 drops total. I don't know if that might have been too much, or too little. Again, the possibility of issues from the oil itself was a concern, but I'm getting older and wanted to avoid leaving my face too dry. So, hopefully it was the right amount of oil! Follow-up: Since I just did this tonight, I don't yet know what tomorrow or after will bring. I am curious about whether or not my face will still be red or irritated tomorrow, as well as whether or not the tea tree oil that I applied will produce new pimples. The latter will be easy to determine, because I never get pimples (not in the last 15 years or so). My main issues with my face (that I try to mitigate) are blackheads on my nose (because of the crater sized pores), and occasional blackheads on my forehead. Otherwise, it is only an occasional oil pocket but I usually address those the moment that I see/feel them. If my skin still feels/looks clean overall tomorrow, without any lingering irritation or oil-induced issues, then I will be a happy customer. In a perfect world, the mask could minimize (maybe reverse?) the aging that has seemingly decided to sneak up in an accelerated fashion. I hope that this helped someone.

Cleaned my pores and removed blackheads
This product is excellent, and it is easy to apply with the applicator brush. I was able to achieve a very thorough cleanse for my face. I found that leaving it on for 30-35 minutes and avoiding the eyebrow and hairline areas resulted in less discomfort. Highly recommend.

Face mask or duck tape?
I suppose the product is effective but it is certainly painfull and I strongly recommend not getting on any hair. It will be removed. I feel like I just ripped duck tape off my face.

Very good affordable mask that properly deep cleans the pores.
First off to start trying this mask out was a fun experience as I work with skin for a living. I see reviews where it says this mask is for masochists which is quite hilarious in itself. It is a given that you are putting a peeling mask which sole purpose is to go deep and to pull out impurities out of your pores and surface so of course it will hurt. Our face is known to have peach fuzz and hair which is an obvious that it will hurt. So to combat this you can do 2 things. The first being taking a shaver to those areas before using this mask. Two being only applying it to your problem areas. It is obvious as well applying close to the hairline and eye brows that this will also hurt. The tool it comes with works great for applying to the face not too many people want sticky fingers. However I would recomend using a finger to apply to the areas around the eye brows and hairline. Your hands should be clean that is a given. I use a q tip to etch out the areas in case i do accidentally apply to the eye brows or my hair. If you have long hair a hair tye and headband is a must this mask is sticky and easy to get in your hair. It does take more time to dry than suggested on the bottle however this is not an issue to me as all good things take time. The oil it comes with is also great to use after. However if you already have oily skin then using the oil after is not a good idea as you will be over saturating your face clogging your pores again which defeats the purpose. So I recommend a light moisturizer after only of your skin feels dry. For those with dry skin the oil will work great. I would recommend the use of this mask 2 times a week no more for those with dry skin and 3 times for those with oily skin. Overall this mask does its job as well as the oil it's just a matter of getting used to it, doing it right, and how you use it based on your personal skin predicament. I will be buying it again and reccomend it.

Painful and difficult to peel off!
It's so painful & difficult to peel them off. It's definitely Duct Tape! So scary, I thought I have to go to hospital for help cleaning my face. I used Mr. Clean Sponges and soap. Now my skin is all irritated!

Does a real awesome job. You can even see your black heads/white heads on the peeled off mask. 🤢

“Mi ha pulito bene i pori, eliminando diversi punti neri, e lì per lì avevo la pelle morbidissima, ma il giorno dopo mi sono ritrovata con il viso pieno di bolle. Non so se sia normale o no. Inoltre bisogna fare molta attenzione a distribuire il prodotto in modo uniforme sul viso, così che si asciughi omogeneamente, altrimenti diventa molto difficile da rimuovere.

The blackhead removal mask works wonders! It applies easily, dries well, and removes blackheads and impurities with a single peel. My skin felt instantly smoother, with visibly smaller pores and no irritation. Highly recommended!
