How many drops of the drying agent solution to use? Do you take something to dry out the solution?

I just used a couple of drops of hydrogen peroxide as the drying agent. It seemed to work well.

Does this come with the solution? Is it just water?

It is just the spray bottle. You can purchase a wax softening solution at any store or you can use a 50/50 solution of hydrogen peroxide and water. Put the softening solution into your ear canal and let sit for 15 minutes then rinse out the solution using the WaxBgone removal kit

Can you use this with ear tubes?

I wouldn't. A lot of water goes into the ear.
