Did not receive the hydraulic cylinder or the mounting brackets box was torn and only received thumb
I only received part of product did not get hydraulic cylinder or mounting hardware or pins just the thumb attachment onlyContacted morphoen they replied back that they would send cylinder but that was almost a week ago and no more communication I have sent 2 more messages and no reply what so everWas gonna send it back for a refund but will cost me $200 to return the part that was almost $500 so it's a loose loose for me I wish they would just send me all the parts ????

Not instructions missing parts
missing parts and no Instructions.dosent fold up out of the way like the ad says. Piston only moves about 4 inches. Really small. Defiantly dissapointing.
