Love this seasoning. Great on salads, glazed chicken/salmon, in stir fries etc. adds a bit of crunch and has just enough of a spicy kick. Great stuff!!

This is my third purchase and I absolutely love it! I use it on my toast all the time, and it adds such a great flavour. It’s versatile enough that I’ve also tried it on eggs, salads, and even roasted veggies. The only thing worth mentioning is that the amount of salt could be a little less for my taste, but it’s still a fantastic product overall. If you haven’t tried it yet, give it a shot!

. I think this is a great product. Every time I have a bagel with cream cheese I use this item. I find it flavorful and fresh. Don’t hesitate to buy it.

The flavor is a little salty, could be balanced a bit more toward the other ingredients, but overall not bad. That;s the only reason for a 4 instead of a 5 rating, and really, should be a 4-1/2, it's not THAT salty. Of course, makes a great addition to turn your buttered toast or English muffin or whatever into an "everything" bakery item. However, very versatile in other areas. Add a little olive oil over salad, and sprinkle this on, for a tasty healthy salad dressing. Add to burgers or grilled cheese. Sprinkle over vegetables to give e your side dish a kick of its own. I even mix into cottage cheese from time to time, The price is good compared to some of the other similar offerings. Given the big size of the shaker, it might get stale before I use it all up, but I suppose that's a positive statement regarding how much I got for my money.

Much less salt but great tasting.

I used to buy this seasoning in those little spice bottles that collect dust and grease in your kitchen. But...I was using so much that I needed to find a way to purchase it in bulk! I use it mainly on salads, and not just a little bit. A LOT. The quality is great, and the seasoning can really be used on such a variety of items. I more than sprinkle it on things. It is not incredibly overwhelmingly salty and the quality of the packaging is perfect. The seeds don't fit through the top cover so I just take the entire top off and use it that way.
