These cutting boards are the best. They are small enough to slide into my cabinet but big enough for whatever I need them for. Durable and east to clean. I use one for meats, another for veggies and have an extra one for whatever. Will def buy more in future

I don’t cut fish, but I use the fish board to season my fish. I absolutely love the colors. My husband thought they were placemats at first and as I was washing them, he grabbed one and sat at the kitchen table. He said, nice stiffer placemats - lol! I explained, these are nice and thin, flexible, durable and pretty cutting boards. Each mat has a stencil in the corner identifying something they recommend be cut. I use the purple everyday to cut/chop/dice veggies. The colors are nice and vibrant. My sister came over and took two (clear and green). My brother took another. There’s plenty in the set. Now the red one is my husband’s portable placemat - lol! If I could change one thing, make it slightly longer, so after you cut one medium onion you still have room to cut a bell pepper. Overall, grab a set.

Thin plastic, not sure if it's HDPE or PVC.A bit flimsy on its own, I recommend using it on a RIGID, FLAT surface like a countertop or on top of another (more rigid) cutting board.Nice to have several in a pack. You can use the icons on each to designate them for specific tasks - i.e. if you are cooking for a vegan AND a steak-eater so the meat won't be cut on the same board as the veggies. Or use them all interchangeably, keep the spares as backups for when the first one inevitably fails (in a few years).The top cutting surface is smooth for easy cleaning. The bottom surface is a grid lattice, which helps give it friction so it won't slide around on the counter while you're using it. This grid can be hard to clean though, if you get bits of food stuck in there it may take a bit of effort to remove it completely. Fair trade though, for providing some stability while I'm cutting something on top of it.These will eventually need to be replaced, because of two factors.1. Plastic... exposure to sunlight causes a reaction that slowly over a few years makes it more fragile and brittle.2. Used as intended... over time, the knife will slice through the plastic. Not right away... this takes a few years usually, but still eventually you'll cut all the way through the plastic board.Also, it is plastic so DO NOT PUT IT ON THE STOVE OR IN THE OVEN. Heat will melt this thing. It will handle up to around 250 F though, so you can put food on it that was in the oven or the frying pan. The heat might warp the shape a little bit though.

I like using different cutting surfaces, especially for meat. I need a shoulder replacement so this is so easy to use when cutting for cooking. I can easily lift the thin plastic sheet to my cooking pot, bend it slightly into a rounded shape and dump things in. My old cutting board was getting far too heavy to comfortably lift with one hand while I scrape off what I’ve cut with the other. I highly recommend them.

These are great to have on hand for meal prep and transporting chopped items to the cooking pot. They slide a little on the counter even with the backing, so I use a silicone sheet under them. They fit in the dishwasher, but I have no good place in my kitchen to store them.

Great for one or two uses, but doesn't last long after sharp knife uses. Especially when using a vegetable cleaver.

These mats are easy to clean and stand up to regular use. They are thin enough to curl and add chopped items to your recipes, but strong enough to stand up to the regular use of sharp knives.
