I bought this as a birthday present to myself. I was so excited when it arrived. It was perfect in every way. The picture quality and the ease of how to use it.But then theres the downside, it kept freezing on me and i had to turn it off at the wall because the frame was that stuck on a photo. It turns out that it doesnt like the 5 minute timer change for photos so im stuck on 1 minute but thats fine as i have thousands of photos on my sd card. But still i am a bit disappointed by this factor.Personally i wont be returning it from just this one factor because it is working just fine for now for me on this setting.

Bought this to replace an older Bush frame. Picture quality was very good but not tried with a full resolution photo so probably even better with one. Easy to set up and use. Viewing angle excellent and good colours. Unfortunately the photo slideshow stopped after displaying a few photos. Remote control unresponsive so had to reboot. This happened frequently so basically unusable. Thought this should be a one off based on other reviews so returned it and ordered another one. Replacement had exactly the same problem despite trying two different memory cards. Returned and purchased another similar make.

The media could not be loaded.  My wife had completely covered the top of our sideboard with framed photos of our wedding, family, birth of our kids, etc... and so she should but she is very happy that I bought this. We are now just loading this digital photo frame up with the digital stills that we have - and it is so simple to do. We have loaded them, and more, onto a 16GB USB stick - plugged it in and they now display!The picture quality is high quality and the screen size is big, at 10" and so it is easy to spot the pictures from across the house. Hi-res images are shown and the digital photo frame does a great job of cycling through them. It doesn't get hot or appear to struggle over time and so we just leave it on all the time. I am yet to try the video feature with this, and it is likely that I probably won't use it much, but it's good to know that it includes this feature also.Overall, this is definitely worth a purchase. It allows all our special memories to be viewed over again all from a single frame.

When changing picture it only works on default, when changing options it freezes, that apart it's working well.

The media could not be loaded.  What a nice digital picture frame. My children wanted to get it for their grandad. It comes with a nice remote which is easy to use and navigate and a easy stand. It has loads of functions including a calendar and it can play movies and show slideshows of pictures. You can use usb memory sticks or memory cards to display the stuff. Very happy with it.

Only arrived yesterday and it’s faulty. Slide show feature randomly stops at one image and won’t move to next image plus when it does freeze sometimes there are also lines showing through/on the image , picture attached to let you see. Got a return label only to find out Husband binned the box it came in so cant return it!!!! Totally maddening nearly £70 for a faulty item, NOT HAPPY.

Good product, easy to use, however in one display mode frame locks up so have to use different display mode. otherwise excellent display

Bought this as a present for my elderly mother. She loves it! Easy for her to use and gives her lovely memories of times pre lockdown. I put a USB in it with videos on and easy to switch between photos and video. Definitely recommend.
