The manufacturer has incredibly poor customer service. I received this before with one set of the required bolts missing. I sent in images of the instructions and the serial number.They asked for the serial number two additional times before taking any action. Then they told me that my bed didn't require that bolt and to keep going - which was impossible. A week and a half later they mysteriously changed their mind and mailed the bolts.Unfortunately, the instruction manual also contains errors. At one point it tells you to use bolt #5 - but #5 is a hinge, not a bolt. There is no telling what they mean. When I asked customer service they responded several times to my inquiry about the missing bolts before bothering to read my e-mail.There will probably be more to come. Just stay away from this manufacturer and save the headache.

It was not easy to put together, but it ended up well. It allows for much more space in a bedroom. Overall, would buy again and I love it.

Loved the color. The bed was a little shaky, safe but made my kid nervous... anchored it to the wall and it’s perfect!

Alot of the holes and slots where not cleaned out, still full of shavings. Causing a few if the boards to split. Not the atudiest unless u screw it to the wall. Shipping took two months

The wood indents very easily you can run a finger nail across it and it leaves an indent in the wood. Not as sturdy as I was hoping.

Major space saver. Great area underneath for storage and play.

There’s no storage with the bed but it is perfect if you’re working with a small space!
