Fantastic, brings back stock fonctionnality
2003 Tahoe, after replacing stock HU, the RP4-GM11 brings back the chimes, the steering wheel controls (user programmable if needed), retaines the bose premium amp, so all works as best as possible. So happy.

Great and easy solution.
Plugs right in and works perfectly. I love that it's programmed to operate my steering wheel controls (SWC) without any programming on my part. Just plug it in and go.

worked perfect as advertised
Installed this unit in an 2003 Silverado with a new pioneer head unit, worked perfectly with the factory bose speakers and amp. The chimes don't sound like the original but plenty good enough.

+ Work as a charm with the steering wheel controls on my 05 tahoe, and easy wiring to the ISO plugs for the aftermarked stereo. - After two days use i got a problem with ACC power outlet from this giving constant power, and therefore not switching off the stereo when i remove my key. So now i get to test amazon's customer care ability too..

Good for a couple months only.
Product is simple to use all factory features were maintained (steering wheel controls- rear seat entertainment) After about 3 months product kept my stereo on all night and discharged my battery after i got the truck on my dashboard looked like Christmas lights and said unknown driver (instead of driver 1) and none of the gauges worked, also reverse camera was constantly on so i un plugged module nd truck was back to normal. Just don’t waste your money.
