Overall the product is amazing :)
Great product by sleepycat is soft ,durable ,maintains it shape even if it is squeezed also the materials used in making this pillow are advanced and are of good quality, after 1 week of sleeping in this pillow I can tell it is good for our neck and helps to sleep well ,I like this product a lot more than any other, must buy. Overall happy about the purchase :)

Mixed Opinions
I literally thought twice before ordering this pillow as I have mostly used Microfiber Pillow that usually cost much lesser. The problem with microfiber is that the pillow shrinks in volume day by day (Microfiber becomes less fluffy day by day). But this is not the case with this one, this memory foam pillow is really comfortable. This is my 7th day with this pillow, till date it does provide a comfortable sleeping position. It takes like 2-3days to get accustomed to this pillow. The major drawback of the pillow is the cooltec technology, they say it keeps your pillow cool at night, but its really not the case as the pillow becomes warm quite often when you sleep. There is hardly any cooling effect. Apart from the Cooltec technology, its a really good pillow in terms of comfort and back support.

Right amount of thickness and softness
I think they have perfected the pillow design. It's not too thick, the height is perfect and aligns the neck well with the rest of the body while sleeping. It's not too soft and nor too firm. My mother likes firm pillows and I like soft pillows , and we both approve of it. It doesn't just melt down like the pillows you get in hotels, but it still does morph to the shape of your head. The cover quality is also very good. Removing it and washing it is also very easy. I would recommend you atleast try it once since it does have a return policy anyways. When thinking of memory foam, this is the exact pillow I would be imagining.
