Difective phone recived Green line & scrin flickring on dsiplay
The media could not be loaded. Today just recived the phon open and start the phon..i saw the 2 green lines on display & scrin is flickring slitly.Very bad experince with amezon renewed product.its a just like spame to customers.Never perches this product. I m totaly unsatisfied with this.Thia some how chiting with customers whaf is sending by Our Trustwd AMEZON .pls pls amezon dont do this to our valuabale customer..I want retern this product and naver perches 2nd any how

Didn’t switch on only. Had a harrowing time getting a refund.
It didn’t switch on at all. Called amazon right away, & they got some guy over next day to inspect.Thereafter the Amazon guys ( on phone) were very uncooperative, but somehow, I suspect, they were helpless.Took weeks to get the refund after hours and hours of follow up on the phone. It Was the one & only bad experience with amazon (so far).Maybe high value products are avoidable, else never order refurbished stuff.
