We've had this for almost 2 years and it occasionally gets quite a lot of use followed by periods of total disuse for months ar a time. . . so average amount of use overall? lol I'm writing this from my chair at this moment. I don't really use the hand massage function. I'm very wide so its not always easy to wriggle them in and at an angle that massages my hands comfortably. Pros: *accommodates larger people very well *my husband is 6ft 4, and while the neck massage doesn't go as high as he wants, it's just a bit short and the legs extend far enough for him to be comfortable laying back *the Bluetooth speakers are great for binaural beats while resting. Not Bose quality, but definitely get the job done! *it's easy to adjust the time up to 38 minutes Con: *my husband whines about the beeping the chair does as it adjusts angle I'd totally buy this again!

[update] I upped my rating due to the very responsive after sales support. They tried very hard to address my issues, promising to send me an air valve to control the pressure. More later Chair arrived on time and was easy to assemble. Gave deep and strong massage but painful on the back and feet. The rollers push up against the lower back and painful where it contacts bone. The vendor sent a quilted pad of similar fabric and that alleviated the back pain. Both me and my wife experienced a painful crushing sensation on the feet. We tried the remote control settings but that only turned the pressure on or off, no in-between. The seller advised me to *clamp* off the air tubing to the lower mechanism. I’m still working through that and I feel there should be a better, more precise way to control pressure, such as a valve. I have a few more annoyances. The LED light on the sides give off a blue light and no way to turn off. The voice control is either on or off. Would be nice if it would be on after starting massage or turn on via voice command. Leaving it on is not ideal because it listens and responds even when no one in the chair. All of the above I can live with except for the crushing pain on the feet. I think the clamp would not give a good lasting solution and I’m contemplating to return the chair. I hardly ever return things. I expected a better experience at this price point.

This massage chair is wonderful. Nervous about ordering online but it does exactly what the description says. I was nervous about delivery based on reading reviews. Our delivery driver was excellent and helpful with getting the chair inside our house. I have had this chair for over a month now and have used this every day and my back/neck feels great. Very relaxing. Definitely recommend.

When we moved to our new remote residence in the middle of a tiny AZ desert town, I never imagined how the addition of this one piece of “furniture” would turn our place into a healing retreat. Having this in the comfort of our home is so much nicer than going to a large mall and using it in public. Every day I look forward to sitting in this chair and enjoying the view out of our window, facing the mountains of the Grand Canyon West. There are SO many wonderful features on this chair that, similar to purchasing a new car, it may take some time to get familiar with. Nevertheless, just like enjoying the drive of a new vehicle without having to know the details of every feature, we’ve been enjoying daily massages, while still pleasantly discovering some of the added features, like the built-in USB port to make connections to other devices more convenient. With two of us using this daily, it’s also convenient to have programmable settings stored in its memory for each of us. The delivery time and set-up was unexpectedly quick. The materials and construction of this chair are durable and complimentary to our home decor. Value for the price exceeded our expectations. In short… we’re in love with this massage chair, almost as much as we are with each other..! We really have turned our home into a Wellness Center.

It took us 2 months to make the decision to purchase the IRest massage chair. No regrets here!!! We love the chair!!! We both use it daily. Delivery guys were very professional. On time. It was quick. We were not offered white glove service, but we were able to have them deliver box into the garage. Set up was easy and quick, just heavy. The chair is designed nicely on looks. (Not big, bulky and ugly as some brands.) My comments (not complaints!) are- 1) I’m 5’1”, 150 lbs. The shoulder inflating pads barely touch me. I’m disappointed because I would have liked that pressure on my shoulders. Also due to my size, my hands barely reach the correct spot for the hand. I can reach forward and it works. 2) Feet pressure and rollers are a bit intense for me. I wear heavy socks and I’m fine. It’s perfect without socks for my husband. 3) The back rollers are a bit intense for my husband. He uses the pad provided and he’s fine. It’s perfect without the pad for me. We are very pleased with the chair. My back hasn’t felt this good in a long time! Ahhhhh!!! Update- It’s almost 2 years since we purchased our massage chair. I use it everyday for 40 minutes. I haven’t had my back “go out” for a week at a time since I got the chair. I still do have back pain, but nothing like the pain I use to be in!!! I LOVE my chair!
