The best bike speaker on the market
This is the ideal speaker to put on your bike, no question about it. You can take this out on trails and it will never fall off (movement occurs when hitting rough jumps or experiencing tough landings, just don't land so hard then? lol. For the most part it stays on TIGHT). The charging process is easy and the battery lasts incredibly long. Its less obstructing and doesn't take up a lot of space on the handlebars. The sound quality is balanced but not the best. Keep in mind that it's a small speaker and the output is limited on small speaker designs. But in it's use, the sound quality doesn't matter at this point. It's how the speaker is attached to your bike, and JBL nailed the secure design. It even comes with a radio option as well. How can one not like this product?! Try it for yourself!

Good value for the money!
This radio does exactly what I wanted it to do. The FM works pretty good. I don't always get the best reception in my area but this radio worked as good as most. The Bluetooth worked great as did the auxiliary input. I haven't tried the SD card yet. I got 3 hours out of a battery charge at about half volume. The sound quality is decent but not a strong bass. I've heard other JBL speakers sound alot better, but that comes at a price. Overall this is a great radio, especially for around $40.

JBL - delivers great sound - wish it was a little louder and deeper
The limitations may be due to engineering, but I was expecting a little more from JBL. I own a Charge 3, Extreme 2, PartyBox and Flip. Those products have surpassed the expectation on sound depth for their size. The wind, I feel falls short. But again, it may be due to size. Battery has a shorter life that I would like and I wish it was a little louder and had a bit more bass. But, honestly, that's just me being spoiled by all of their other products. I use this speaker every day and it rocks. I just like my music LOUD. :)

Very short battery life
This was supposed to be top-quality for top-dollar- and it isn't. The sound quality is really good, even outside! It's well put together, and is great for bicycle use. The FM radio is unusually good, and I have had no problems with the Bluetooth function. What's very disappointing is the 2 1/2 hour battery life. There are no-name speakers for sale here for less money and 10 hour batteries. For longer rides, bring a power pack and USB-MicroUSB cable, for break-time recharging.

Radio is great!
We bought this for our son because he wanted a radio for his bike for Easter. You have to follow the directions and do the radio scan, but once it's done the stations come in crystal clear! The Bluetooth connectivity works perfectly, too. I can't speak to the battery life because he hasn't used it for long enough, but so far we are impressed by this little radio. He used it when riding to a friend's house and then easily took it off his bike & used the carabiner to hook it to his backpack for a hike in the woods. Very versatile & easy to use! Highly recommend for the music lover in your life.

Terrible quality audio…
I get that its small and wont pump massive bass notes… but this thing is pathetic. Right out of the box, its farting out at 90% volume, even with phone eq on Bass Reduction. All while still barely loud enough to hear.Try something else

The JBL Wind 2 is a great and versatile product!
The media could not be loaded. The speaker / fm radio has a nice design and works very well in general. The battery life is not 5 hours though. The buttons are a little bit difficult to press while on a bike or scooter. Other that minor things that I might consider flaws, I am very satisfied with the product.

Good sound, not great everything else
The good: Plenty of volume, good sound quality (for the size), and a secure bike mount. The bad: Most other things.- The mount is actually too secure: It's difficult to remove the speaker to take it with you when you get off the bike.- Battery life is mediocre to poor.- The buttons are badly overloaded, so try to change volume on the speaker is liable to change track (or vice-versa), and turning off the speaker will sometimes switch between Bluetooth and radio modes, or shut the speaker off and then immediately turn it back on.- To get at the plug to recharge the speaker you have to pry open a thick (~1/4"), tightly-fitting rubber seal. When I say "tightly-fitting", I mean I need to use an actual tool to get it open; fingers aren't good enough.Compared to my previous speaker, a BoomBot Rex (which was by no means perfect, and is no longer available), the JBL Wind 2 has been deeply aggravating to use.
