These are a little thinner than the bulb it replaced so I had to bend the metal connection in the fixtures so it would make contact to the new LED. Overall it has a nice white light and the only downside is I wish they were brighter. They are half as bright as the bulb they replaced.

These LED lamps may be targeted for use in exterior Malibu lights. They worked great to replace incandescent bulbs in my kitchen cabinet fixtures that light up my counter tops. The incandescent bulbs got sufficiently hot after a few minutes that it seemed they could present a fire danger to the cabinets to which they were mounted. With 18 of these bulbs in the cabinet lights they also generated a lot of extra heat in the kitchen which is not ideal in the hot summer. These LEDs provide a perfect solution. The warm white look best but I mixed in a few cool white that produce brighter light. These LEDs remain cool after hours of illumination. I also expect them to last many years while the incandescent bulbs had very short lifetimes.

I've had these installed (replacing 4W Malibu incandescent bulbs) and I'd say are the exact same light output as those. It's been about 3 months now, running 5 hours a night and still going strong. Hopefully, they'll last years. Another thing I noticed is that they're less likely to come loose in the socket than the incandescents which is awesome. I can't tell you how many times, in the night, I'd have to take the cover off a light and adjust the prongs on the incandescent so it could make contact with the socket. They're pricey but over the long run should save dollars with the energy bill.

100% worth the price. My traditional bulbs in my garden lights kept burning out every couple of weeks. These have worked perfectly and should last for the entire summer and beyond. Pleased that they don't have the bluish tint of many LED bulbs.Also, I didn't look at the product image very closely before ordering and thought I was shipped the wrong product initially. They seriously look like tiny microchips and I couldn't figure out how on earth this thing was a light bulb, but the tiny yellow dots are the "bulb" and they work great.

These are still working perfectly after two seasons. I used them to replace incandescent ones in my round metal deck lights that were constantly burning out. I haven't had to 'jiggle' a single bulb to get it to light either--a real plus. The color (warm white) is spot on. I only wish they were a tad brighter. For the money, these are impressive.UPDATE 2017: Still going! Impressed!

Overpriced

Led lights worked and are as bright as the ones I replaced on Patriot Landscape Lights with adapter.

Bought these in 2014 for my Malibu landscaping lights replacement. They're look funny during the day as they don't look like a bulb, but look great at night. Lit about 5 hours each night and no failures yet after 3 years!
