It Works
One of my two cats had urinated three times on the corner of my lounge carpet and the smell was very strong. I lifted the corner of the carpet and took out the foam underlay to wash and spin dry. I also washed the back of the carpet and the cement flooring, following this with spraying both with Anti Icky Poo. I then cleaned the carpet three times; on the third time I saturated the carpet more than usual so that the cleaner would go right down to the base of the carpet. I then took a lot of care to suck up as much of the liquid as possible. Following this I sprayed the area several times with the Anti Icky Poo. The instructions say to do this over the course of a week. It took about 8 days but on the eighth day the smell had gone completely even when I knelt down and put my nose right up against the carpet.
