Old remote worked when it wanted too especially the volume controls. Ordered this new one inserted batteries and it worked immediately. Didn’t have to pair it or program it to the receiver. Great replacement! Ready to use!

Perfect replacement.
I was having to hold down the + and - volume on my original remote control for about 15 seconds before the volume would start adjusting. After changing the batteries in the old remote, it didn’t improve the performance, so I assumed the problem was with the receiver. I took a chance and ordered a replacement remote, and problem was solved instantly. Wish I would have purchased it six months earlier!

CAME WITH NO INSTRUCTIONS!!
I thought after adding my batteries I would just point the remote to the receiver and it would work. I was WRONG!!! I have no idea how to program this to my receiver!!! I feel like I am stuck on a boat without a paddle!!! Would the seller please contact me???
