Assembled product, noticed one of the screw hole for the glass holder was stripped. Called and even talked to customer service via fb. They said they were to send out the part that I needed. It’s been a couple of weeks now and the part still haven’t showed. Contacted them again and this time the CEO got hold of my situation and he went out of his way to correct the situation. Great product, great customer service. I would definitely recommend this company.Everyone who have seen the product in action loved it.

This is for the Loom II.This is an extremely well engineered product. It’s not “heavy” to carry, but you feel the solid construction. All of the components underneath look top notch.The speakers work great, and no problems connecting via bluetooth. The dancing flames feature is also pretty cool; I’m a sucker for a gimmick and this is a good one.It does produce a lot of heat, but that heat mostly travels up. It’s not going to radiate much. On the plus side the base also doesn’t heat up, so it seems pretty safe on most surfaces (eg I have it on a vinyl wicker tabletop with tempered glass; no problem).The quick connect feature makes it super fast to set up and take down. It cools pretty quickly.It’s nice to get what you pay for, and while there are cheaper options you’re getting a superior product.

We have had so much fun with this ukiah loom , the Bluetooth music player sounds so nice and the flame is so relaxing , we get so many compliments when family/ friends go to our backyard and see this loom in action, it was fairly easy to set up and put away , i also thinks it's great that it includes a storage cover for the fire pit and propane tank . Love it 🔥

So far we like everything about the fire pit music machine!! It actually has pretty decent sound and the dancing flames didn't disappoint !It's been a lot of fun for entertaining!! I highly recommend it!!!

It’s a little expensive but the sound quality is amazing good plus it’s not heavy great portable unit overall it’s great update this thing rocks and especially with the fire it’s the best

So far so great! Use it on the deck near the pool and hot tub. Responds great to the Bluetooth. Looking forward to take it tailgating for hockey games!
