I really like this salt

My bad for not reading as I thought it was for cooking. It comes in a giftable package.

I thought the large pink rocks would last quite some time. However, in less than a week they were all completely disolved. I would never buy this again.

Comes in a great box, but you need a glass jar to put in it.

I’ve never heard of a sole jar nor any of the benefits. Apparently, there are several health-related benefits to drinking water that’s got the minerals absorbed into it from Himalayan salt stones. In doing a bit of research, I’m also seeing jars filled with larger granules of salt, not stones. The benefits are many, including things such a weight loss and reduction of cramps. The salt absorbs into the water in the sole jar, but with these larger stones, that could take a bit longer. The goal, once the salt stones have been sitting in water for at least a 24-hour period, is to add a teaspoon to your water. I do agree that hydration is one of the keys to good health and the added minerals certainly can’t hurt. I’ve seen several different sole jars sold online, but actually like the way this one is presented. I’m somewhat on the fence as to the purported benefits, but do like a lot about this particular sole jar and the stones. A bit pricy, but less expensive stones / granules can be purchased later.

The jar is very small and barely holds any liquid, the lid does not fit properly and allows the salt to escape and build up, it appears that it comes with the wooden spoon and on their website it does however this package did not come with it. Disappointed and should’ve gotten my own container and salt from somewhere else. Not worth the money.

The product info is misleading, this did not come with the wooden spoon showed in the picture.
