Does this knife have phospor bronze washers in the pivot or nylon washers?

They look to be nylon which I figure could be changed in the future, the knife is great though and I would highly recommend it!

There seems to be conflicting information about whether the kershaw emerson cqc-7k pocket clip is reversible for lefties. can someone clarify, please?

after tinkering with it I find it to be more oriented to the right handed folks. you cannot flip the belt clip on this particular knife to make it left handed. putting it in your left pocket to make the Emerson hook design function correctly so the blade opens for you, your hand will be in the way. so you'll have to either keep shopping around or get used to it being in your right pocket.

Does it come in tan? Or break up?

No tan . Maby if you contact manufacturer. I don’t know what you mean break up . But it does open out from pocket very easy and opens up with one hand very easy with so,e practice
