My family would be lost without this product.What can I say? We are nervous travelers. That nervousness sometimes makes your tummy gurgly, upset, and unpleasantly tingly when it normally wouldn't be.The first time I tried this was when I went on a plane for the first time out of the country (to Guatemala on a business trip). My boss at the time discreetly recommended that I get some. My stomach didn't roll over once the entire trip. I've used it ever since.My husband then went on his first business trip and he tends to get stomach upset in travel worse than I do. It worked the same way for him.The product did not cause constipation or cramping (something I worried about the first time that I tried it). It actually seemed to prevent cramping and we had not gastronomical issues while traveling.

I have to take these with my medication or the medication will get me sick I had a stomach ulcer the medication for that along with Imodium does help this is the only thing I can take with the medicine that actually helps me Thank God for Imodium .

Never go on a trip without it.

I was up all night dealing with you know what. I finally remembered that I got these a few days ago and took it about an hour before I had to leave for an appointment. I had no problems after that. This will be my go to from now on.

I have never found anything as quick acting as this. Introduced to this many years ago at my workplace. (Can you imagine the need for QUICK relief in that situation) I have these little pills stashed in my wallet, my car, my desk and my bathroom! They work!
