I’ve been using the BestQool Red Light Therapy panel for a few weeks now, and I can honestly say it’s made a noticeable difference. The build quality is solid it feels like a professional-grade device, not one of those cheap, flimsy panels. The modular design is a great touch because it gives you the option to expand your setup later if you want to cover a larger area. I mainly use it for recovery after workouts and to help with occasional joint pain. Within the first week, I started noticing reduced soreness and faster recovery times. My skin also looks a bit more vibrant, which was a nice bonus I wasn’t really expecting.

After comparing many different light therapy (I watched all the YouTube etc), this was for sure the best option. I am 100% glad I purchased this version. It came quickly and is ‘plug-and-go’. I was skeptical it was going to have an immediate feeling, but you can really feel the warmth and it just feels relaxing to absorb. It has heft to it, I was worried it would feel cheap or just fall over but nope! Very sturdy. The buttons are easy and there’s an “auto-off” feature. A pleasant surprise was that you can do both Red+IR light. (Or just separate.) Also comes with eye protection! Definitely recovering faster and having less pain after a couple of uses, but I’m not sure if that’s placebo. Will try and update to see.

Excellent red light therapy device. I sleep better and my skin is better 20-30 min a day. It is portable which is great and made very well. Don’t hesitate on this red light therapy device.

I’m not an expert, but I researched a lot before spending the money! Check out Alex Fergus on YouTube - he does extensive research on different red light therapy brands/devices. Ultimately, this brand has the best specs for the price that I could afford. I’ve had it a little over a year and I’ve used it for so many things! I originally purchased it due to the pain/inflammation I was suffering from frozen shoulder. This helped dramatically and I started using it on my feet, as I was also suffering from plantar fasciitis- for YEARS! It improved so much, that I ran a half marathon this year (which I haven’t been able to do since 2012!) I sprained my ankle over the summer and this helped in my recovery from that as well! If you’ve already looked into red light therapy, and you know you want a device, this is a great device!

I’ve been using red light and NIR therapy machines for several years now. My macular degeneration as reversed and condition is now considered mild. I would have horrible and painful headaches behind my eyes and the red light would ease my pain and relax me. It’s helped me sleep and even helped reduce the size of a cancerous tumor on the heart of my French Bulldog (he lived 2yrs. longer than expected). I upgraded to this dual chip model and I can feel a HUGE difference when using. Dual chip tech allows for more even saturation of energy, so if you are using an older machine and you upgrade, you will notice a difference immediately. This unit is longer but more narrow than my old machine, so it’s a little more tricky when trying to position. I do not like the touch sensitive controls on the side. They are VERY sensitive and you cannot lay cannot lay the machine on its side (with controls) because it shuts off. I use mine, on my legs, while sitting on the couch, so if I need to move or adjust and buttons accidentally get touched, the whole machine shuts off or timer and/or therapy method adjusts or shuts off. It’s very irritating. My old machine had switches on the top of machine which was great because you lay the machine on either side and had to physically apply pressure to turn off. The other thing that could be considered as a negative is my grandfather uses this machine and he has a hard time seeing or feeling the control panel and navigating control features. Again, switches on top are better!

I ordered the Pro100 and have met with nothing but excellence. The unboxing and setup takes 30 seconds, the build is sturdy but not too heavy, and the bulbs are very powerful. The experience that the service team provides is also top-notch. The manual answers any questions and the warranty is great.

A podcaster I respect and admire shared his experience in using RLT to shorten his training recovery time. I was skeptical, so did a TON of research on RLT and discovered that this therapy is the real deal with volumes of peer-reviewed studies to back it up. Then I did a TON more research on RLT units, looking at their power, configurations, and wavelengths. The more I studied, the more I came back to the Bestqool brand, which is what the podcaster ultimately purchased after all of HIS research. I couldn't be more impressed with RLT and Bestqool. The very first time I used it was for my back which I had pulled about 2 wks earlier. After 20 min of therapy, I was astonished that I could bend and pick something up off the floor without pain, as had been the case for the prior 2 weeks. My husband and I now use it every day. It has also helped tremendously with my age-related (I'm 59) thinning skin on my forearms, which would tear and bleed at the lightest bump, really awful. Finally after 3 weeks of RLT on my forearms 4 days per week, my skin is noticeably stronger and no more tears and bleeding - WOW. I am so grateful to the podcaster who suggested this unit (Thanks Asian Efficiency!) and only wish I would've learned about RLT years earlier. Just try it - you'll see.
