Not even quality garbage. As you can see, the reed hole is not properly done, so the reed can't seat properly. The finger holes are out of line as well.In the side to side you can tell the cheap, hand engraved one. This is also about half the weight of the quality chanter, so you know it's some cheap, low quality wood stained to look like rosewood.If you are serious about learning, spend between $90-$150 to get quality and a book, like I am doing next.

Well you know you get what you pay for, I bought this just so I could get the case. The reads are not well made and the chanter holes are not lined up correctly ( at least to me). The case is not the best quality, if you have a child learning to play the bagpipes this would be perfect.

I really liked how this chanter looked and the tidy case that it comes with, however I was unable to play it due to the craftsmanship.
