I’ve never heard a buzzing noise from our grandsons.

Batteries in my play button does not work. Anyone else?

I had this issue! Hit the play button and then hit the volume up or down button! 😄

How does this connect to the crib rail? Does it only fit certain size rails?

Hi! the musical mobile comes with a crib mount that will fit standard sized crib rails as pictured in the photos. The crib mount won't attach safely to speciality or sleigh style crib rails.

Is there a way to buy a replacement for the arm piece? The baby pulled on it and it snapped.
