Let's start with why it lost a star.... there was typos and a few poorly executed pictures in the instructions so that made it a bit difficult. That's it though!This is exactly what I was looking for! I wanted something with lots of steps and pieces. My husband does models and I wanted something to do with him. It has taken me well over 10 hours to do and I love it! I will be ordering more of these houses!Tools I would highly suggest: a rubber tipped paintbrush to spread glue, precision tweezer set, xacto knife, small scissors and a mat of some sort. I had glue everywhere!Glue I used: Krazy craft glue, original tacky glue and for a few troublesome spots I went for the gorilla super glue gel

So far everything look good, only 1 star I didn't give it, it is the book of instruction letters are so small, it was not easy to read them. And some materials don't know where they're placed in the model. I repeated a few times, the book doesn't make it clear.

Product pieces came broken n took darn near 3 months to get here and still having trouble getting a refund🤦🏽‍♀️
