Cannot taste the alcohol
This is absolutely delicious and the two fruit plus the mint are all present in the flavour profile and balanced very well. However, we could not detect the alcohol, probably because it is slightly too sweet - this sweetness is necessary if you eat it with clotted cream on a scone though. We did not buy it here, we bought it when Heron Foods had it on roughly 80p.

I was bought this as a gift and it is really scrummy. Not as overly sweet as some jams and so the cream is welcome.Highly recommended
