The ‘Wind Took Passport Holder’ is great; not only is it stylish but it’s also well made. There are no loose seams or stitching, and the zips are good quality. It’s lightweight and compact but robust, and both the front and back are reinforced with stiffener to ensure important documents don’t get bent or damaged.The carry handle on the spine is neat and robust, and all the pockets feel sturdy with good, clean straight edges. I particularly liked that the holder has a nice, tactile feel to it. It’s splash-proof and can be wiped down with a wet cloth, making it very easy to clean.It’s also practically designed and has good depth and capacity with plenty of pockets for storing all manner of documents, coins and cards; including four good-sized pockets for passports, nine smaller pockets for cards, a small and a large zipped inside pocket for coins and notes and a larger inside pocket for a once-folded A4 piece of paper. On the outside there is a small pocket on the front of the holder and a larger zipped pocket to the reverse.I hadn’t heard of the ‘Wind Took’ brand before, but overall I was really impressed by the design and quality, and would recommend to anyone looking for a travel document holder.

The document wallet is made of sturdy nylon type material. It has a single zip to open. There is a zipped pocket on the front of the wallet that isn't quite big enough to hold a mobile phone if its in a case. on the opposite side there is a slip pocket just large enough to hold a leaflet style map or phrase book but i don't feel that it is secure enough to rely on it staying safe. Inside the wallet are 4 deep slip pockets that can hold travel tickets and passports on one side plus a zipped pocket that almost covers the entire length of the wallet plus a small clear plastic zipped pocket just big enough to hold a few coins and 9 credit card pouches above it.The wallet is a good size but I feel that it would have benefited from a strap so that it could be carried around the body (bum bag style) some of the pockets aren't big enough and i don't know who would carry 9 credit cards. It is useful to keep everything together but I would prefer something with a bit more security such as velcro strap that could be attached to the inside of my handbag or a belt to fasten around my waist. I don't know how much the wallet is but i wouldn't pay more than six or seven pounds for it.

The first thing that struck my eye with this passport holder was the colour – a visually pleasing dark green, and yet at the same time fairly inconspicuous, which is exactly what you would want a case for important documents to be. The second thing that caught my eye was the useful carry handle.Inside, there is a zippable compartment for documents which is the width of the case, and an open one on the other side. On the top of these there are 7 pockets for cards and 2 slightly deeper ones, plus a transparent zipped compartment big enough for an ID card. In the middle there is a penholder strap and, going over to the right hand side, 4 passport pockets.It is well made and well stitched and, if those pockets inside are not enough, it also has one open pocket on the front and a zipped one on the back. It came packaged with one of those small silica gel packets inside to help absorb any humidity in transit.Very nice.

This is quite a large document holder, nearly 1.5 times the high of a standard European passport.There is an open pocket on the front cover, and a zipped pocket on the reverse. Your passport will fit in this and not be visible. On the left hand side there is a zipped long pocket, the most secure place to put your passport or other critical documents such as tickets, or a phone if not too bulky.There are 9 small pockets which take credit/bank sized cards, and at the bottom a zipped pocket with a translucent front.On the right hand side there is a open pocket the length of the wallet, and three open pockets the depth of the holder. Credit cards would fit in there, but would vanish to the bottom, then slide about not being secure in the pocket. The bottom pocket is an open mesh. On this side I might put maps or address details. You could also put some paper currency and some small coins.In the middle there is an elastic and a small pen or pencil could be stored.The outside is secured by a zip, and there is a small handle on the spine.You could put your mobile phone in the outer zipped pocket, as long as it does not have too bulky a cover, or just zip it inside. The product is quite versatile, you could use is as a large wallet or clutch bag, although with a navy blue cover its not dressy for an evening event.
