I'm so happy and lucky to get the product after millions of searching on Amazon. First time I saw the item, I was impressed on its looking. I love the black tone because it can be matched to my door and wall.It is easy to install and mount on the wall. It has a small manual that teach you how to put it on and connect WIF and pair up you phone and chime. There are some troubleshooting Q&A there so I don't need too much help. But if you want, you can contact seller and they reply soon.As described, it has 1080P, very clear to monitor in the daylight and also works well at night. It is rechargeable battery- powered and can last more than one month even though my phone receives motion notification frequently.Of course it does a good job in 2-way talking. So that when delivery guys get close to my door, I can just answer via app before opening. Typically, It has 7 free days of cloud storage. I can watch some playback videos anywhere.Great buy! Time will tell what I get. :)

I bought this because I work from home and I have packages coming in every day. For some reason the delivery guys never knock. With this I get notification when someone at the front door. It was easy to install just make sure when the doorbell scans the QR code from the phone, make sure it’s 4”. I should have charged it first then set it up. It does what I need. Mine won’t charge because I didn’t remove the battery barrier.. duh!! But once I figured it out it charged fast. I had to buy drill bit from Harbor Freight for my concrete wall to mount the doorbell. This is my first time installing doorbell and it was dummy proof.

I just set this up a couple hours ago after charging it for 24 hours. It doesnt pick up any motion unless your literally right in front of it and I have it on 100 for detection. It's extremely delayed like other people are saying. By the time it loads on your phone the person is gone. The voice isnt to bad but its delayed also. The battery is already at 73% in 9 hours with no motion pick ups. The picture is really good even at night with my porch light off. When we tested it the video was pretty good. I don't know wish I spent more money and bought a better one without all the delay and lag and it's not the wifi connection.Edit: so this was a decent product when I first bought it. But about 2 weeks ago we had a bad rain storm. Some how my camera was not viewable at all it just looked all blurry and fuzzy. When looking at the camera it looked like moisture had gotten into the camera lens. I gave it a week to see if it would dry up and of coarse it didnt. So I tried to blow dry it that didnt work. So I took it upon myself to take it apart because customer service kept telling me to wipe the lens, and the whole lens on the inside had a big water bubble. So I took a qtip wiped it out all put it back together and now you cant see anything at all. Worst product. Definitely get what you pay for. Your better off paying a little more and getting a good product.

The media could not be loaded.  Only thing I suggest is buying back up batteries 🔋 it takes a while to charge to where the camera won't be up for a few hours. But catches movement and audio great

The doorbell work excellent. The best product that anyone can buy to monitoring the from of the house because on the videos you can see almost al front the house. I really recommend this product.

I liked the bell up until the point I realized I’m not able to even check, answer or look at anything as long as I’m not home. I bought the camera so I wouldn’t miss a package and I could see what’s going on at my home, but I’m not even able to use the app at all. The delivery guy rung my bell while I was out and I couldn’t say anything or see them. The app didn’t work. I contacted their customer service and I have yet to receive any information back. I at first would but I no longer would recommend this product. If you wanna be able to check on your home while out buy something else. Don’t waste your money on something you can only use while you’re home. It defeats the purpose.Update: I have still not heard back from the company about why I’m unable to access my doorbell when I’m not home. After my last charge it seems to have done something and now I get notifications every minute about someone being outside and no one is ever outside. I would not recommend this bell. If you have the money to purchase something else you should.Update 2-23-21.The bell still no longer works. The company still has yet to explain why the bell doesn’t work while I’m out. I updated to say that the bell only charges to 88 percent and it dies every two days now. Once again if you have money I recommend getting the ring doorbell or any bell besides this one. The company clearly doesn’t care whether your product works well or not save the money and headaches.Edit: 3-8-21Bell is completely unusable now. Don’t waste your time or money.Edit:12-7-21Changed the rating to 3 stars. This is my back door bell. I have a ring in the front. After having the bell for months I choose to see if I could do anything to keep it considering I didn’t get refunded for it. I turned my motion sensitivity down so the battery doesn’t drain as fast. Every 2-3 days I recharge. I’m able to check my cameras over Wi-Fi only when I’m not home. I’m not able to speak through the camera, you don’t hear anything on the other end. The company still hasn’t reached out it’s been almost a year however I wanted to update. If you want a bell you can’t speak through and can only check while connected to Wi-Fi this would be perfect if not I suggest a ring bell.

I bought this doorbell which was an unknown brand to me, based on the reviews. I decided to get one which was less expensive than the main competitor of video door bells. The doorbell is priced very well, it operates seamlessly, the video quality is excellent & is easy to install. You can set the sensitivity for motion from high, mid or low you can choose to turn this function on or off. You can set up notifications on the app for motion or when your doorbell has been pushed. If you are not home and you get a notification you can talk through your phone to the person at your door, you can also view live footage of the doorbell and talk through live if you wish. The doorbell comes with a charger lead so no need to change batteries, the app displays the charge remaining in the doorbell so you know when to remove and charge it. The doorbell itself is secured into its holder/bracket which slides into place and secured by 2 little grub screws underneath the bell to prevent anyone from removing it. Depending on usage with motion or viewing the live feed etc, a full charge will last 2-3 months. You can add a user or add another device to view and get notifications on other phones ipads etcI can’t rate this any higher, such great value for money and the quality is very good.

door camera device is easy to set up but i cant use it as doorbell extension has china plug not australian

This is a great door bell camera really great picture quality.Only a couple of issues really.The charge doesn’t last that long especially if you have a lot of motion in and. Out of your house.The app whilst easy to use can be a little slow to connect to either view a video or talk to someone at the door, but this could have just been my internet connection whilst I was out.Generally I would happily buy this again as it slides off easy to charge when needed.Also it prompts you to buy more storage which is really not needed, I just delete the videos and don’t store them.

The bell is very good build and strong, whatever is not free to preview who passed by or ringed and you didn’t Picked up.Also when someone ring the bell by the time is connected to the phone the person left , if u wanna see who was u have to have a subscription. Isn’t much but still should be free, no one wants a month of history but 24 h should be free.I won’t recommend it if you are out long period of time and want to see what happens outside your door for free.The battery life is good , I charge mine once a week. But the first month then the recording was free I charged it twice a week.

Had one for the last 2 years and it worked perfectly. It stopped charging, replaced batteries and bought new charger cable and still nothing. Bought a brand new replacement however it constantly says it can't connect. It's right next to our router and it says signal is weak. Everything else in the home works perfectly on it. We've turned everything off and just had the doorbell camera connected and no change! I wouldn't mind but £60 is a lot when it doesn't do what it's meant to!
