Fit and work as it should. Last one worked well for 15 years...I'll have lost the other two by this fails I suspect!

Perfect fit, easy job that took only 15 minutes including turning water on/off and saved call out fee plus labour for a plumber. These are exactly matching the original part that was taken out. Good quality and having 3 is useful as we have the same system in both of the toilets in the holiday home so replaced those too, prevention better than cure as they say. Small price for quality peace of mind, highly recommend.

I bought these as the cistern was hissing and not filling correctly. Took minutes to fit and works a treat. I have given 4 stars as it was only done yesterday so I am yet to see how sturdy it is or how long it lasts. The original one has been going for 12 yrs.

Exactly right for the job wish I had known sooner about this fix for my cistern.

I used the three of them and they were really easy to fit. Cisterns now refilling very quickly where before they used to take a long time with dripping noises from within the cistern. Search online for how to fit them properly and watch a couple of videos. Make sure to turn off the water to the cistern first. I would have no hesitation getting these again if I ever need them. They are also great value compared to elsewhere.

They don’t work and there definitely the same size as old one.

I had to swap the rubber washer to the original plastic valve body for it to work properly but I am not sure why as the valves look identical. Fixed the problem no worries.
