Delicious holiday treat
Christmas isn't Christmas without marzipan. I was first introduced to marzipan by my German born mother. It was a traditional holiday treat in our household, whether the marzipan was in the shape of fruit or a good luck pig, it was always eagerly anticipated. The potatoes are a personal favorite and Niederegger produces the highest quality marzipan. The only marzipan I found superior was made in a shop on the upper east side of NYC, Elk Candy Company. Unfortunately, they closed many years ago.

Tasty
Wonderful texture, a lot of sugar but in a good way, very fresh, good quality and great value. Cute too.

Not the same taste
Close, but not the flavor I am looking for. This product does not have the marzipan flavor from Europe. It's okay, but not the best.

Will buy again
If you like marzipan. You’ll love these. A little smaller than I anticipated. But well worth it.

Don’t recommend.
These were stale, dry, and lacked the flavor of kartoffeln I have purchased in Germany or point-of-sale in the USA. I didn’t mind paying a little extra for something that is a holiday treat. I tossed out 1/2 the package.

Not very good
Dried out and doesn't taste like marzipan. Enough flavor that it probably should, but misses the mark

delicious
I grew up eating these and wanted to briefly relive a smidget of my childhood. I ate them in one sitting. They were fresh, They were delicious. I probably won't be ordering more since I don't have any self control
