Definitely a better pan than most.
Was recommended thus brand from a chef that's had them for years and years.Great pan, only 2nd to a good seasoned cast iron.

Nice, very nice
The handle is strong but is balanced to not pull it over. I wanted the quality didn't care about the cost: This was a great in both. As far as size, this is a great 1 or 2 egg flipper. I'm happy, I travel with it as rental condos have cheap pans.

Vollrath Ceramiguard
This is my second Vollrath ceramiguard pan and I am very happy with both. They are heavy duty and seem resistant to scratching. I haven't had them long enough to comment on the longevity of the non stick surface. I am considering a 12" version I like them so much.

Great nonstick surface
I love this pan, I purchased at my local restaurant supply for under $20.00. It is great for cooking eggs with a minimum of butter or oil which minimizes my waistline.
