My daughter longboards and is very clumsy. This set is superb value for money, she is 14 and they fit great she says they are very comfortable and protect her well. She says now when she falls she's not scared and it doesn't hurt. She's happy with the performance. A must for longboarding, skateboarding and other outdoor activities

Ok product, quality as expected for the price.Elastic is not strong enough to provide firm fit around my kids' limbs, even with the velcro attached at the tightest position. So I wouldn't trust these items for activities that risk the pads slipping/ rotating around their joints. Ok for low-speed falls/ knocks, but no good for high-speed/ sliding falls. Also feels like cheap elastic that will soon be sagging.To get them fitted, the velcro pad ends need posting through a plastic loop/ eyelet (If you don't want to take the kids' shoes off & slide them up their legs). The velcro pad is a tight squeeze through the plastic loop, meaning the kids struggled to fit them themselves, meaning extra jobs for daddy.

Fitted well, good quality

The straps don't tighten enough on my son's arms (But he does have spaghetti arms!). Generally he has to wear a jumper underneath. They seem sturdy overall and lasted through some knocks!

Fits nicely, good for small kids or bigger but skinny. Comes with a storage bag.

Nice for the price

I bought skates for my 6yo and 7yo to learn to skate and purchased these protectors. They definitely helped prevent harm from several falls.

The media could not be loaded.  Purchased for a nine year old girl who is falling in love with skating. I am not a super overprotective mother and believe that kid-hood scar are necessary for the creation of high performing adults. My daughter's current dreams are to become a model and an actress so I feel compelled to protect her from scars that might get her rejected for any future roles, hahaha. These were even cuter in person while being very sturdy. She had a few falls; one was kind of hard so I feel they have been well tested so far. She says they are light (lightweight) and work good. She also said that they makes her feel more comfortable learning to skate and asked if they make one for butts! I feel that these run a little small. On a smaller sized 9-year-old the medium sized set was almost too small. I definitely will have to buy a new set to replace them when she grows out of them, which will be soon so only 4 stars. It is still a great Amazon find but just size up especially if your child is average or above average in size.

Fits true to size and comfortably. My daughter loves the pink color too!
