Really love this watch but can not download app for it

The watch is nice but it stopped working and now trying to get Qr code which leads you to nothing cause there's no app for it just a link for you to keep buying their products not to resolve the problem with one you already have. My advice for everyone trying to buy this watch is don't buy it until they fix the issue with the app for those who already have one.

Best smart watch purchase ever. Sturdy with long battery life. Charges superfast. I've had 4 different fitbits and none compare.*Update*3 1/2 years later watch still works like a charm. Band just had to be replaced. Still best smart watch I have came across.

It is not accurate on the steps wish I was able to download own photos for face

The app doesn't automatically connect, for me at least. It's very basic. If you have a tiny wrist then you're in luck.

I’m very happy with my new watch.Easy to add to my iPhone and the Watch itself is easy to read.

I bought this as a Christmas gift and we could not get it to work. The app they direct you to use does not exist, trying another similar app scans the QR code but we get a message saying the site is no longer available. I don't want to give my mother something that she is going to have to continually have issues with getting it to work - returned immediately and will let her find something else.

Update: 11-6-2021Among previously listed issues with this insufficiently smart smartwatch, now it likes to give me the "you've been sitting too long" alert directly after getting up to walk somewhere, or while I've actually been standing at my desk.It's just not a good smartwatch. It's a fancy OLED screen watch with slight connection capabilities that are not very reliable.I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––Update: 8-30-2021I really really wish that I had not missed the return window by just 2 days.Having never really really wanting a smart watch, but simply replacing a daily watch with an inexpensive smart watch, I didn't really expect a whole lot of functionality out of this one. However, I do wish that it would do some of the things it does do, a lot better. Like, if I want to record a workout like a walk, it has taken up to 3 minutes for the watch to get a GPS signal. Even if my phone is nearby and the signal is high, the watch still takes way too long to get it's stuff together. Then there's what the GPS plots out as the route I took. It's often times an entire block off and has me walking through buildings.Now that I have taken the plunge, I just wish I could get my money back and put it towards an Apple Watch so I knew it would work the way it should.––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––This is my first smartwatch and it is what I was expecting. It's not as connected or functional as an Apple Watch. It's great for notifications. It can only silence a call, not answer it. It can only review text messages, not respond or show attachments. But I have been able to get better sleep, count my steps and monitor my heart rate and I know I'm not missing texts and calls like i was before I had this watch.Pros:1. I went on a business trip and forgot my charger. It had already been a day or 2 since the last full charge and I was able to make it home from a 4 day long trip and get it on the charger with 10% battery left. I noticed that it changed the watch face to a less energy-intensive design to conserve battery. That was smart.Cons:1. I dont like having to download a watch face every single time I want to change one. It said somewhere that we can have up to 20 watch faces. But apparently that's only stored in your app. There are only 3 watch faces saved on the actual watch and 2 of those 3 will not go away to make room for 2 more faces that you actually want, so you can quickly switch faces on the go. No, you have to have your phone, open the app, navigate to a face and wait for it to download to and then sync with the watch. Takes way too long and uses battery. Which, oddly enough, Timex warns you about fancy watch faces using more battery life as they force you to go through this unnecessary sequence for a simple watch change.2. while on my business trip, i was worried that my battery would not make it through the week. So I searched all over Amazon for a spare charger to have sent to my hotel. But the only place you can get a charger, it seems, is through the Timex web site. So, if I wanted to pay $43 to ship a $20 charger, that would have worked out great. But, I would have rather purchased one from Amazon and Primed it to me.

Llevo 3 meses con este excelente reloj, pero no pude instalar la versión actual ya que solo lo permite en iPhone la versión que instalé no me deja visualizar quien me llama, solo aparece llamada entrante con opción a colgar o tomar llamada ( a mi roomie si le aparece, el lleva 3 años con su reloj, por eso opte por comprarlo).Es color rosa, trabajo en mantenimiento, es un material que no se ha escuchado de las correas, completamente impermeable, puedo bañarme y nadar con el, la batería le tarda al rededor de 15 días. Es un excelente producto

At first it worked but not as it was supposed to. So, I knew it needed the app to be loaded on my cell phone. I opened the code scanner and scanned the the code showing on the watches screen. It just will not go past that step. the end. It is now past the return date and I'm out &300.00 plus. I have had Times watches all my life and I trusted that this one would be nice for my retirement years. I have always had the Expedition line and would not have anything else.Maybe you might have better results. I plan to through it out. I'm tired of trying to figure out how to make it work. It's too frustrating and with a history of 2 heart attaches I can not be doing these things. I will be looking for something else now.

Pros....Buen articulo, excelente relacion precio calidad de acuerdo a la categoria, se ve bonito.Cons..... cuando te llaman, no aparece el nombre de quien te llama.

Like that it doesn’t need to be charged every day. It hooks up to iOS. Watch vibrates when the phone rings, receive a text email. Heart rate, steps, activity, weather. Monitors sleep pattern REM, light sleep or awake. Overall a great watch for a fraction of the other smart watches
