Great rack!
I ended up buying a second one a year later for my backdoor because the one for the front door is so nice. They hold up quite a bit of weight from heavy winter jackets, purses, and backpacks. The shelf is nice because it allows you to decorate it a bit.

Cute and functional!
Second time I have purchased this cute shelf. I have one at my home for the dog leash, umbrella and rain coat. Then I put one up at my cabin to hang walking sticks, hats and backpacks on.

Nice Rack!
Mounted this coat hook set up along the front door of my house and it matched the wooden door perfectly. Install was easy using a piece of painter's tape along the back mounting holes, poking the holes through the tape and then putting the tape on the wall where I wanted to rack to be installed. This marked the holes perfectly for me to install the dry wall anchors and screws for the rack. The one downside is that there is no mount for the lower part of the rack so if you pull up on the lower hook, the rack can lift a bit from the wall. Not a bit deal and I'm thinking adding an anchor screw at the center bottom of the rack. All-in-all, a very worthwhile purchase.

Relies on gravity too much
Well made and the included level is nice; main downside is it is held on the mounts by gravity. If you lift something off the hooks and lift it slightly it can fall off and drop the items on the shelf. Still works, but something to be aware of.
