I might be a book dragon - I love to collect beautiful books for my shelves, but this one has the bonus of being a really well written book. If you like Bless the Space Between Us - I think this series is better. The other one is a nice read for personal thoughts, this collection is beautiful liturgy for worship planning, group devotions, and centering moments for groups. It is also a nice read for personal thoughts. There seems to be a blessing for every event. As a worship leader I appreciate being able to grab these books and know I'll find what I need. Thank you for binding them in a beautiful cover. Well worth it. Keep them coming.

When I purchased this version of every moment holy, it did not say that it was a pocket edition, and it clearly said that it was leather; not imitation, leather, and not hard back. What I received was very disappointing, because I expected it to be a regular size edition and genuine leather. When I got back on to Amazon to find out what happened they had taken down the original post and put up a new one changing all the information. I can’t even find the original description, but it was very clearly mis- labeled. I would not have bought this edition and now it’s too late to take advantage of the buy one get the 50% off special they had. Very disappointing because these were the Christmas gifts I was giving to all the families in my life and they don’t work and look very substantial.As far as the book itself goes, purchasing 12 copies to give as my main gift should say something really wonderful about it! The author writes like David does in the psalms. Really expresses the heart in words that draw out what what’s going on in the heart and then beautifully applies God’s Word to meet the need.It may be really nice to have a pocket sized edition as opposed to the larger size but I just don’t appreciate the misinformation and then covering it up by removing the post.

Love the quality of this book! Both in the prayers and the physical book itself.Prayer for changing a diaper has been a mantra since having our first, a blessing to my daughter and myself in the season of becoming a father for the first time.Grateful for this collection of liturgies!!

I have purchased over a dozen of these for guest speakers at a faith based event, for spiritual friends, and one for myself. Great book. Highly recommend. Makes a great gift.

First, it’s a beautiful book, but more importantly it’s the readings on the inside that make it so special. We have used our book to read before a meal with family and/or guests, before celebrating special occasions, and for encouragement and comfort. It is a wonderful book to gift someone.

I have no idea why, but I started crying just while reading the foreward. I'm at this point in my spiritual walk, where I'm learning how every moment should and can be holy--not by some effort of mine, but by remaining mindful and resting in the Spirit. I'm also a poet, and I connect with God deeply through beauty, ritual, and poetry. So this book was perfect for me. It may not be for everyone--a few years ago it might not have really touched me at all. But it may be just the thing for you.About the format...It's not a book to read cover to cover, but rather to page through and be aware of the prayers it contains, so you can go find the right one at the right time. I have already used the morning and evening prayers, the prayer for consuming media, and others. I really love the liturgy for use upon waking from a bad dream. I've used it once and it really helped me calm down and forget the dream.
