KAL - Enhanced Energy - 180 Tablets

I like these advanced energy tablets. I have been taking them for years. They have helped, along with other vitamins and minerals to keep me healthy.

I really like these multi’s. Unfortunately they don’t contain iron. But I got around that by getting a “blood booster” that does.

I feel like this is the only multivitamin that myself and family have taken, that actually does give you energy. My daughter swears by them, and she is hard to please. Full of all kinds of goodies that we need.

After discussing taking vitamins with my Dr., he asked me if I realized that 95% of brand names contain several synthetic/man-made vitamins. He also told me that several synthetic vitamins commonly used metabolize differently than food based vitamins. After a Google search, I confirmed his statements. So all these years of taking vitamins only to find out that some act differently in my body than the natural ones. The jury is still out on: do all synthetics work as well in the body as natural, or do they cause their own issues just to save a few bucks...So now I take these non-synthetic vitamins that get their ingredients from plant sources. Much less vitamin'y smell, no more upset stomach. I also only take one per day because I don't believe in vitamin mega-dosing. Each to his own I guess..

I like these supplements, they work but for some reason they sale now only 3/day which is very inconvenient. 1/day is not PRIME!
