Very comfy and warm boots

These are so comfortable and light weight but very durable. Really pleased.

These sketchers cosy boots are brilliant value for money the last pair I got about 5 years ago were amazing too !!

I am disappointed and extremely angryToday I received these boots, fabulous boots, very comfortable and waterproof, these are a birthday present from my husband and just what I needed. I have MS and these boots are perfect. So why am I disappointed and angry, well I went for a short walk and on my return the zip in the right boot had broken, this made it difficult for me to take the boot off. Never mind, I thought, just return them and get them replaced, easy enough just fill in the return and ask for Hermes to pick them up then wait for the replacements, I have done this successfully on many occasions. No it is not that easy, I have to take them to a Hermes drop off, not easy when you are disabled and live in the countryside, no bus services within easy walking distance and no car at my disposal, taxi then, Co-op seems the best bet and nearest just 5 miles away, better check first that they are open and able to take the parcel, yes they are open but doubt that the parcel will scan as they have had problems with Amazon returns what I need is a QR Code, apparently a scannable square, but how do I get one of these?????I have wasted an afternoon trying to find out how to return these boots for a replacement, no luck so far. I will try to send it tomorrow, if I can get a lift from someone.UPDATE Successfully posted boots. The supplier has contacted me WITH A QR CODE and offered 20% off, a nice jesture but rather offensive, how do I wear boots with only the left available to me. Perhaps they think I can get the zip repaired or even hop everywhere. A PITY BECAUSE OTHERWISE THE BOOTS WERE JUST WHAT I WANTED.

Great boots, comfy but zip broken so not fit for purpose. The item had clearly not been checked prior to dispatch.

So I bought these boots - they look great and were comfortable when I put them on...however, the pair of boots sent to me had a manufacturing flaw: a faulty right boot zip (for which Skechers are taking absolutely no responsibility).Like another reviewer (who gave them one star), after an hour of wearing them I found myself with a boot that was almost impossible to get off because the zip broke while I was walking (NB: I am a 63 year old woman who takes care of her belongings and walks slowly and calmly...I was not playing football or running around in mud while wearing them). Like that other reviewer, I was also disappointed and angry. (but I don't have the issues of living in the country, so I had more options)I emailed Sportissimo and proposed that they should pay for a repair - rather than my returning the boots at my own cost with potential additional duties to pay for posting them to Europe; also, frankly, I wanted the boots and figured they might not have another pair in my size.At first assessment, the guys in the repair shop advised me that the whole zip would have to be replaced...and that it was probably not going to be possible to match the colour of the zip...which would have meant replacing both zips and I was not sure that Sportissimo would pay for both boots to have new zips. However, the lady who does their stitching subsequently called me to say that the issue was with the zip slide and that the zip itself was fine; I agreed that a new slide should be fitted and that I would see the result before making a final decision.Following the repair, I have to acknowledge that the boots are not identical...because the original slide on the left book has a lovely leather tab...while the replacement slide has a standard YKK zip and metal tab. No worries if wearing with jeans that cover the zips but not so great if wearing them with anything where the zips are exposed.But Sportissimo were true to their word, covered the cost of the repair, parking and other expenses, repaid a % of the tax I had paid and also gave me a token financial gesture as an apology. I would buy from Sportissimo again.HOWEVER...Skecher's comment on the situation was that if I want a refund for the boots, I need to post photographs of the boots once I had cut the labels out of the boots and damaged them to make them unwearable. Personally I think that the wanton destruction of brand new items is a moral abomination and that it is an absolute disgrace that Skechers - a global brand - are even suggesting such a think. Shame on them.but I have the boots and they are worth 4 stars (even with the repair)...and Sportissimo deserve 4 stars for being patient, understanding and true to their word.NB: had to get the zip on the left boot repaired too after 2 weeks. so great boots, terrible zipsSkechers deserve contempt and to be boycotted for their attitude.

The boots 🥾 are so comfortable and stylish. I wear them all the time except when I’m in bed 😂. Love them.

Estas botas ya me han acompañado al trabajo, en ambientes fríos y rurales, en jornadas de más de 12 horas por varios meses. También me las he llevado de viaje en invierno y he caminado muchísimo. Siempre cómodas, impermeables, ideales para viajar y el paso por el control de los aeropuertos. Además, se ven muy bien con casi cualquiera de los atuendos que uso ;)

They are the most comfy boots I've owned. It's like walking on a cloud. And they are super warm. Besides, they are cute. Very happy customer

I love these boots.I usualy need 9 wide. but these are regular and they are perfectI loved them so muchconfortable, warm and feels safe on ice

Estas botas son muy bonitas y adecuadas para el frio. Se esperan utilizar en un viaje donde se requiere caminar mucho.

Son muy cómodas y se me hizo bastante bueno el precio respecto a otros productos de scketchers de menor calidad que estas botas.
