Very necessary.The natural way to B1 with your nutritional intake.This is a must. And I must remember to use it! It's often an after thought but should be used on savory dishes. It's taste is mild but defo not for the sweet palate.If your eggs are over cooked or you've decided to eat them raw, the B¹ (and protien) is going to be either ruined or leached.These flakes are good to add on salads, fry ups, stews, soups and a whole bunch of smaller dishes too.Experiment a little.This is the natural way to nutritional B Vit absorbtion.

I bought this after hearing how healthy it is. I don't eat cheese so was pleased when I heard it has a cheesy flavour. It's lovely and feels as if I'm doing something very healthy for myself particularly as it's unfortified - containing just naturally occuring nutrients. So far I've just sprinkled it over whatever hot food's on my plate. Just experimenting right now.

I use these in my food i have so many issues with being celiac and dairy intolerant so gave this a go no problems love it makes my sauces thicken nicely.
